Got this game thinking it would be amazing like Wii sports tennis..and although it is fun the story mode gets kinda stale and trying to learn all the techniques feels rushed

This one was a good game to have while I wait for Mario Party to come out. Mario game always makes me and my fiance very competitive.

At first the game was kind of hard for me but I got used to it and had nonstop fun playing this with my kid. Very addicting!

My fiancee loves Tennis and I wanted to get a good party game for the switch. This game is great and the adventure mode is great too!!

Purchased for my son. He has really enjoyed the game but I have to monitor the amount of time he spends on the game.

As a fan of Mario Tennis I was super pumped for this game. The story mode is a nice addition but isn't a robust campaign. As for the multiplayer or quick play, it's fun but challenging. Its more close to an arcade fighter. You aren't playing normal tennis but an obstacle filled, back and forth that requires you to watch your meters and deciding when to unleash them on your opponent. Its fun but you really need to practice and learn the controls well if you want to be competitive or play online or in tournaments.

Tennis is a fast-paced game to begin with, and previous Mario Tennis outings have added various nuances and gimmicks to spice it up. Aces, however, maybe adds just a bit TOO much in terms of timed button presses and special shots to be as easily pick-up-and-play accessible for family gatherings. The controls, while you can get accustomed to them, aren't as intuitive owing largely to the added complexity of special moves. I also found the button placements felt a bit off for certain shot types, at least for my own personal tastes. Overall a good, solid game though.

Not sure if it's better than the gamecube mario tennis but still fun to play with friends. Definitely made for tv play though some options not available for handheld

Really enjoyed the story mode and multiplayer experience, being able to use the controllers as tennis rackets is a lot of fun.

I have been waiting for this to come to the Switch for a long time. I loved Mario Tennis on N64 and this is even better. Great game.

a great wholesome game everyone in the family will love to play, cane be challenging but its fun at the same time, great graphics and can be played on the go.

Super fun family game. Easy to pick up for my youngest children but my teenagers love it too.

I love the inclusion of a story mode in this game, especially because the story mode essentially serves as a way to learn the new intricacies of special shots etc. I admit all the new types of shots are overwhelming, but mastering them all comes with time as you play through story mode. The online tournaments are a ton of fun and the way Nintendo is always introducing new challenging characters to these tournaments is super fun and keeps things interesting even after you finish the main story.

This game just feels great, i had to learn the rules of tennis to play it, but its one of my favorites now.

It has a whole different view of tennis. Love that they still stick with the mario challenges. And now able to get the kids active

Wonderful game to have everyone come together and enjoy each others time. Might lead to some friendly competition, well worth it..

Great Family Game, Only thing I didnt like is the way they split the screen but it is easy to get used to.

Another great game the kids enjoy and especially when you can get it on sale since it never seems to be on sale.
