    Mario Tennis for the Wii U was disappointing and felt rushed, so I was cautiously optimistic when this was announced. This game is very fun and is well worth the pick up for fans of Mario sports titles. The visuals are great, it has a nice roster that continues to grow, and it controls nicely. The story/adventure mode is an extended tutorial that will keep you entertained while you learn some of the finer points of the game.

    If you are a fan of Mario Tennis (most similarly to Mario Power Tennis on GameCube) or even other tennis games such as Wii Sports, you will love this game. It has classic, polished tennis gameplay and adds a new layer of depth with new mechanics! You are able to play with or without the new mechanics, so you have the option to play whichever mode is to your liking. A great game to play with friends and guaranteed to be a blast!
