Mario Tennis Aces has a ton of variety in its gameplay making every match feel different. On course obstacles and special abilities make for great fun, and it's best when played with friends. Don't expect to find actually great tennis mechanics here as you would find in games like Top Spin or Virtua Tennis. Regardless there is still fun to be had hear for any casual Mario fan.

Fun and easy to play with friends and family would recommend

Mario Tennis Aces' single-player content is ultimately a pretty baseline effort. The other single-player mode, Tournament, is also more short-lived than a book of Toad's memoirs. There are Mushroom, Flower, and Star tournaments, each consisting of three rounds of increasingly tough opponents to topple.

From previous Mario Tennis titles from older consoles, it was a sure thing that I would get this for the Switch. The kids love it and so do I! Swing mode (using a joy-con as a "racket") makes game time active for the kids as well as adults. highly recommend for the console.

Wow! What fun this game is! Our kids who do not play tennis were hesitant to play this game. After a few minutes of playing, it was a fight to get to play the game. The story mode offers up much value. Nintendo put much creativity into this game with the controls and gameplay to make this a must purchase for anyone who likes tennis or Mario.

Can’t go wrong with Mario games fun for the whole family

This is a great game. The gameplay is very polished but the game is lacking in the content department. You can get through the adventure mode in a few hours and then you are left with the online play that is very fun, but repetitive. I guess that is the nature of the game. I believe the game is totally worth it and a lot of fun, but I wish Nintendo would have put a little more effort into the adventure mode.
