I have had a lot of fun with this game so far and was glad to see a fun gameboy game get remade for modern consoles. My only issues with the game is that it is very short, which isn't inherently bad (mostly because it was a gameboy game), but $50 for the game is a little steep to pay for what you get. It is fun no doubt but just isn't worth the price. I did enjoy the game a lot. It is very simple, easy, and fun to pick up and play for a bit if you want a relaxing game to play. Overall it was a good time, but I would wait for a sale.

I loved the original Mario vs. Donkey Kong back on the Game Boy Advance, and this Switch version brings it back with a clean, polished look and some nice quality-of-life updates. The puzzles are just as fun and clever as I remember, and the addition of co-op makes it even better if you want to play with a friend or younger gamer. It’s not super long or difficult, but it’s a relaxing, satisfying experience that feels very "Nintendo" in all the right ways. A great pickup for fans of classic Mario puzzle games.

Really fun game, a surprisingly good remake of a classic gba title, it has extra worlds and co-op mode. I'd suggest to get it on sale.

This is an incredibly faithful remake with beautifully updated graphics and sound of a Game Boy Advance game thay was itself kind of a sequel to a 1994 enhanced remake of the original Donkey Kong arcade game for the original Game Boy. Even the Game Boy Advance's slide show style cutscenes have been completely remade as fully animated movies. The game play is very similar to the Donkey Kong arcade game, bug is much more puzzle based rather than being an obstacle course. Mario has a lot of moves that are familiar to modern Mario games to help solve the many levels. This game probably won't be the first game that people think about when they think of the best video game remakes, but it really is. Wether you play Mario vs. Donkey Kong on the Game Boy Advance or on thr Nintendo Switch, you will be playing one the the best Puzzle Platformer games of all time.

Great game, challenging with excellent audio and graphics. I'm not sure if this is a remake of the older title because I never owned it. That being said, this is s great game and an absolute must have if you love puzzle games and own a Switch.

It's a fun game and I'm glad they remade it for the switch. I feel like it might be a bit over priced but I'm still glad I bought it. I will say the first time I played the game I was a kid and loved it so much but as an adult I flew right through it. If your an adult and looking for something more challenging this game may not be for you but still fun.

I Love this game and I'm so excited to have it on my switch now! Simple to get in to and full of wonderful puzzles, not to mention the beautiful graphic overhaul. I can't recommend this game enough for fans of Mario and Donkey Kong.

I pretended to buy this game for my 7 year old but really, it was for me (47 year old mom!) I loved playing Donkey Kong way back so was excited to see this game- esp love that its 2D. Note - it is NOT easy! Def challenging game that will have you playing for hours!

I loved the original Game Boy Donkey Kong ('94) game and missed out on the spiritual sequel, Mario vs DK on the GBA. This remake is much nicer on the eyes and plays well. I do wish it was a $40 game since it doesn't have a ton of content, but it's not a $60-$70 game so maybe I'm just used to the older pricing scheme from 5 years ago.

1- First, I'm going to talk about the game, which is excellent. I play it with my daughter and she loves it. I recommend it. 2- And secondly, I want to mention, as always, the excellent service I receive at Best Buy; the staff is always friendly when I enter the store.

The kids love the game. Easy to play and pick up on the objective to pass levels. My kids are 3 and four and do better than me lol. Great addition to all the games we have for our age group of our kiddos

Awesome game. You can't go wrong with Mario & Donkey Kong. I am trying to purchase most of the Mario & Donkey Kong games on the switch. Graphics are nice, love the game.

I like this game because it’s a fun little level game, and that both DK and Mario come out here. I haven’t played this series on the previous Nintendo consoles, but I would still recommend it.

Excellent, fun family game. Awesome fun with my kids. We usually play 2 players. So much fun. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to try and beat the level. It keeps you busy trying to solve the problems in getting past the levels.

Got this for my son's birthday. He has been wanting this for a long time. He's 8 so some of the stages were difficult as expected, but overall a good game for everyone.

Great game. Fun for all the ages. Many modes and puzzles, able to play with 2 people to complete levels. Great remake from the game boy advance.

I downloaded the demo from the NSO shop and enjoyed it. Picked it up using Best Buy rewards points for $11. Its fun but for me it got old already after a month of playing it in my free time. I cant imagine why this game is $50 but Nintendo is gonna Nintendo. If you can grab it for say $30 its worth it.
