There will never be another television show like Married with Children. I don't think I can add any new insight about the show. Buy the series if you need a good laugh! As long as you don't offend easily and realize the show was crated in response to the wholesome family sitcom, you'll enjoy watching all of the episodes. Some of my personal favorite episodes are the high school reunion, spending a night in the shoe store, and the Labor Day bbq.

If you grew up watching Married with Children, and enjoyed and loved it, this is for you! Relive all the classic comedic moments from Al Bundy. It has all the classic one liners we all remember. And it won't cost you much, it is at a very great price. The best part about it is that the packaging doesn't take that much room for storage or display purposes. I can't believe it took me this long to get this set. A must have. I highly recommend it. Plus it includes the original theme song by Frank Sinatra!

I love the Married With Children Series. I couldn't wait to receive this series because it was going to be a birthday present for my daughter. But when I received it, it was smashed and the box was all split open. This item was not properly packed and secured for shipping through the mail or any other service. Had to make an appointment with Best buy to return it. Naturally, they didn't have one in stock. Shame on you Best Buy! Five stars for Married With Children and 0 Stars for Best Buy.

This is the only way to own MWC at the moment. Looks horrible. A must for fans.

Classic show. Great show to have on physical discs

I love that I can see the episodes in full versus the condensed version on TV. I've been enjoying myself immensely!

Loved this show growing up. Its just as funny now if not better than before! So glad to have this in my collection.

If you grew up in the 1980's and 90's, you know about this show. It started the careers of many actors. Katey Sagal (Peg) even went on to voice Leela in Futurama! Full of irreverent humor, it's one of the most classic comedies, as well as the longest-running on Fox! This set has all 259 episodes, with the disks being in individual envelopes inside the box, and all in the original 4:3 format, which is best for anything from that time. "From that time"....I think I just aged another 10 years writing that!

Every taboo subject is addressed on this television show filled with continuous belly laughs.

Although far from ideal for families, this show is just classic. And for less than $30 for the entire series, that's a bargain. Considering this is a rerelease by budget distributor Mill Creek Entertainment, packaging may not be of best quality, and you may not get any bonus features, but at least you get the original, uncut episodes (versus the edited syndicated versions) and the original theme song, "Love and marriage" by Frank Sinatra.

I loved this show as a teenager. It was funny to me then and it is still funny to me now. I love that they finally came out with the complete series. I didn't get a lot of the jokes then but after watching this show and laughing at the jokes now... priceless. I wish they would have made it, to more seasons. It brings me back memories of when I sat down to watch them as a teenager. I don't mind that is is only in DVD format, it gives the look of the show how it originally looked... except for a little clearer.

The video quality of Married With Children in this DVD series is very poor. There are several reasons for this. First, Married With Children had 11 seasons. They pack all of these episodes into only 21 DVDs. As a result, the Bitrate of each episode is lower than it should be. This results in a very low video quality where frames are missing and the resolution looks low. Second, these DVDs are using an "interlaced" signal rather than a "progressive" signal. Again, this makes it so the frames are skipping all the time. Members of my family asked, "Why does it look like they are skipping all the time?" The reason why is the combination of an interlaced signal and low bitrate. This series doesn't cost very much, but it is a testament to the concept of "You pay for what you get." They should have increased the number of DVDs in order to increase the bitrate of each episode and make it so each episode was progressive rather than interlaced. Even if your DVD player and TV use 3:2 Pulldown technology, it doesn't eliminate the problem. It just minimizes the damage. I have heard there is a different version of this series that is on more discs with a higher bitrate, and I have seen it online. But, it is very difficult to find to purchase anywhere.

This is my favorite show of all time! What a great value for the price! I love it.

Married with Children is awesome but the case is very flimsy

Completely politically incorrect and I love it! You will never see a tv show like this again. I'm surprised Fox (now owned by D****y) actually released this. Get it while you can before someone decides their feelings are hurt by these DVDs and this set disappears forever.

very funny tv series ,great to watch during the weekend

All 11 season in one convenient dvd box. Each disc in a black disc sleeve. Nothing extra in the dvd box.... maybe a NO MA'AM sticker might've been nice bonus for fans of the series., just saying. Anyway the laughs are still there and that's what counts.

Classic tv series. Great cast and episodes. The packaging could be better. Discs come in flimsily sliders and loosely put in the packaging. The packaging gives it 3 stars. Picture quality is good.
