As a guitar player for decades, I am very familiar with Marshall amplifiers and speaker cabinets. They are legendary and iconic. I had no idea Marshall also made Bluetooth speakers, so when I came across the Middleton I absolutely had to have one. I figured as good as their guitar speakers are their Bluetooth speakers would have to be great, too, right? RIGHT! This little speaker brings the sound in a big way. Deep booming base, clear highs, and it gets loud for its smallish size. I've owned many Bluetooth speakers over the years and con honestly say this one has the best sound I've ever heard from a speaker in this size range. The controls are very intuitive and I like the feel of the exterior, a sort of rubbery shell surrounding it, very pleasing to the touch and easy to grip. The carrying strap is not necessary for my purposes but I suppose would be handy for some. Its just extraneous to me. My only semi-gripe is the battery level. The instructions say you get a full charge after 4.5 hours. I charged the speaker for over 8 hours and never got to full bars, only got to 9 of the 10 battery lights and the lights kept cycling upwards which to me indicates it is still charging. It doesn’t concern me at all, just an observation that I’m unsure about. And as an added bonus, whenever you power up or power down the Middleton doesn’t give you a “beep”, it gives you a cool little guitar riff. Nice touch, Marshall. I highly recommend this speaker for its sound and transportability. Great product!

The Marshall Bluetooth Speaker comes with an attachable carry cord, usb cable, and user manuel. Setup was very easy. Charged the speaker and then powered it on. It immediately searched for my phone and provided prompts. Downloaded the app and was good to go. This speaker surpassed my expectations. When watching videos, the sound was spectacular, felt like I was having a mini movie experience. Addtionally as I walked to different parts of the house playing music, the acoustics of the sound was amazing. Played 70's music which is my favorite genre. My family and I was dancing. Loved the base. In addition to classical music. Could hear the different instruments perfectly. This is my first time trying this brand and can see why many love it. This small speaker packs a punch. Love that it can play up to 20 hours. Very nice to know that over 55 percent of this product was made with reclyced plastic material, this does not take away from the durablity of the speaker. Also, like that it is dust and water resistant. Love that the speaker is stackable in case I ever decide to add to this speaker. Overall I have no complaints what so every. I highly recommend this product. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I can only imagine how a larger speaker would sound, especially after experiencing a mini version of this. Well done!

This Bluetooth speaker from the legendary amplifier company Marshall, has a multi-directional true stereo sound as there is 4 speakers on each side of the device. This speaker is stackable with other Middleton's to create a colossal sound just like their amps. The speaker boasts 20+ hours of portable playtime after a full-charge. It is also designed just like the iconic amp/stacks from Marshall. It is also durable and comes with a carrying strap for easy carrying. This behemoth is also loud and features customizable treble and bass settings. It is also compatible with a Marshall app for your mobile device that allows you to control bass, treble, and stacking options. There is also a 3.5 mm jack on the back of the speaker that allows you to connect to an AUX source for music. You can also use it as a power bank to charge other devices while using the speaker. It seems as if this speaker is capable of putting out 50+ watts of vibrant sound with the unmistakable Marshall crunch and quality. This is one cool and rockin' speaker that will make your music sound great!

First off, this isn't a bad speaker by any means. It has some good features and the build quality is nice. If you are familiar with other Marshall speakers, then you know they always make a quality looking speaker with that retro amp look to them. They are definitely eye catchers for the older crowd. This Middleton is a medium sized portable speaker, meaning it does have an internal battery that can be recharged. A red battery indicator on top will let you easily see the battery life as the speaker is being used. There is an included carrying strap in the box that you can attach , but the plastic screw it is held on by might make it a little iffy to hang the speaker by, particularly if it is being moved around. This speaker, much like the Emberton II, features active drivers on both the front and back of the cabinet. I'm not a big fan of this design, but it will give you equal sound both front and back if you place it say in the middle of a room. Sound quality is pretty solid, with bass and treble adjustments on the speaker, or via the app. The app is very bare bones, which is a bit of a disappointment. The real issue with this speaker is price. For what you get, it's just really hard to justify the price tag. It doesn't really do anything great, with only decent bass capability and it doesn't get as loud as you might expect, partly because you never get the full power of the speaker in your direction. The bass does thin out and treble gets brighter when you turn it up to it's louder levels. So this speaker might appeal more to the older crowd that has enough money that the price on the Middleton really doesn't deter them.

The OG(Original Gangsta) in audio systems. This is truly the best portable speaker you cam get. Completely worth the price. I’m literally feeling a pure bass, clear vocals and very crisp sound. My verdict is only one word ‘Just go for it’.

The Marshall Middleton delivers exactly what you’d expect from Marshall: strong sound, premium build quality, and a classic design. Sound quality is clear and punchy with solid bass that doesn’t overpower the mids. It gets loud enough for outdoor use without distorting, which is where it really shines. The rugged, waterproof design feels genuinely durable, not just “marketing waterproof.” I’ve used it outdoors and around water without worrying about damage. Battery life is dependable and easily lasts a full day of casual listening. Bluetooth range is stable and consistent indoors and outdoors, with no frequent dropouts. Controls are straightforward, and the speaker feels well-made overall.

I’ve had an Emberton for a couple of years and really like how it sounds. Its used as a primary audio source in a small cottage I own for mostly rock and hip hop. I’ve been thinking about upgrading for a while and came across a great deal on this Middleton. It has the same lively sound signature (fun/punchy/detailed/wide sound stage) but plays much bigger as you would expect for a speaker 2-3x the size. I know some people don’t vibe with the Marshall sound but if you do and you’ve been thinking about an upgrade go for it. And if you haven’t given Marshall a listen I’d ecourage you to. Keep in mind the size of the speaker - this can still rock out at volumes 95% of people would consider too loud but if you’re looking to shake the walls or annoy your neighbors look elsewhere.

The speaker has a good quality and the sound is fantastic. Easy to use and the battery takes days before you charge it again. Would recomment this speaker to everyone. The price for this speaker is worth it.

I love this speaker so much that I bought two more of them. Easy to link together, although I wish I could choose a new name for them so I know which is which on my Bluetooth list. The app is a little frustrating to use for the same reason and I've mostly given up on using it. Battery life is great, multi-directional sound rocks, and I am very happy with my speakers.

Overall Good. Sound/voice is crystal clear if you compare to Soundcore Boom 2. Great treble...Good Bass...Good Battery. Definitely recommend for indoor use or occasional outdoor. Also great for acoustic

Speaker has great aesthetics and amazing sound. The feature I like about the most of it is that you can connect other Marshall speakers to it to synchronize sound. Would recommend!

This item actually surprised me because of it size not the brand. Marshall has always been a name of excellence but for the size of this speaker, I can say that it packs a punch.

It is wonderful. Easy to navigate without a lot of controls, which makes it basic for those of us that are not control savvy. Right size especially for a senior citizen to carry around. Hearty Sound is great.

Amazing sound in a small speaker! Use in. Y home gym and have to keep down a bit from flooding the neighborhood with sound out of the garage! It’s crisp, clear, good bass, amazing little speaker!!!
