Customers love the Middleton Portable Bluetooth Speaker's sound quality, citing amazing audio and impressive bass, even at higher volumes. Many appreciate its portability, despite some noting its weight, and the convenient controls. You’re paying extra for the looks but for me it’s totally worth it. Looks great in the home and pumps out some seriously good sound. Took it to the beach and had no issues. Used a soft bristle brush to remive the sand and it looks brand new. Having physical treble and bass controls on the speaker is a huge win for switchimg between podcasts and music. Very happy with my purchase. I bought mine open-box.

This is the best portables speaker I own out of three other ones! The sound quality is very crisp and clear. It's almost like you're at a concert if you are playing this at half volume in a room. Speaking of volume, the volume on this thing is insane. I can have this speaker at 75% of its max volume, in my room, and I could hear the music clearly throughout my two story house. As for battery life, this thing can last up to 20 hours per charge, which I think is overkill. Just charge it over night and it's ready for the day. Great for parties too!

The speaker sounds really good very impressive bass and clarity. The only complaint I have is that the range from phone to speaker didn’t seem to be very stable during play. I definitely like the Marshall brand and sound. I do have two other Marshall speakers that link together with the Middleton. The stack mode on the app works great when pairing or linking all speakers together although sometimes it can be a little frustrating because you have add additional speakers through the app every time you add a speaker.

Awesome sound quality! This is the second Marshall I own. Have had a Stanmore for years. So I wasn’t surprised on how well it sounds and made. They both rock! Perfect size for taking it with you.

Pros: Sounds great for its size. Lots of mid bass. Very portable. Great battery life.
Cons: Like it so much I bought a second one. When in stack mode, I felt like they didn’t sound nearly as good. I stacked them and also sat them side by side with about 3 feet apart. The bass seemed to overwhelm the rest of the sound when either stacked or side by side, even with the bass set to one.
Anyway I highly recommend buying one as long as you understand the limitation. In other words you not going fill a medium to large backyard with one. For that you need a Marshall Woburn III or JBL PartyBox 310…I know, I have both :).

Amazing speaker. Absolutely beautiful, great quality audio. The bass and treble settings really make a difference in the dynamics of every song you listen to

I had a JBL charge5 for years and gave it to my brother and wanted to upgrade to something that sounded better. Sound quality is amazing and the bass is much better than the previous speaker. It is the perfect size for me and the app and buttons on top are also exactly what I wanted.

Sound is very detailed, with nice bass at low to mid volume s at 80% - 100% volume sound becomes brighter with less bass. I love the 360 degree sound. The speaker is made out of high end materials with great looks and long battery life.

I was choosing between this and a few other speakers andgotta say I a glad I took this one. Sounds amazing and never been wowed by a speaker likei am with this. Perfect sound from anywhere you are sitting from the speaker. Volume is kinda iffy depending on taste in music. Battery is a issue but I think it enough battery for a good night of music!

This thing is built like a tank at 4.5lbs! The sound is well balanced and full for a midsized BT speaker. I was impressed by it having 6 speakers that fire in all 4 directions. Great 360 sound in a small package. The updated app works great. You can adjust bass treble and add speakers. I finally chose to buy a Marshall because they have the latest Bluetooth 5.2 codec that gives the speaker over 30 feet of range and will work well with the yet to be released series III Marshall speakers. This thing is a beast! Enjoy!
Great sound/bass/easy/ annoying on-off "signaling"

Great sound per size (small brick); bass substantial for a BT speaker. A tad pricey maybe bc of the name brand, I get it.
A slick idea but super annoying that anytime you turn on or off, it has a loud "Guitar-Crunch" you can't disable (to my knowledge) IF you don't wan't the speaker to do that (!?!) Hopefully Marshall will address this in a software update perhaps? Haven't emailed Marshall about it yet. Otherwise 5 stars
