DO NOT BUT FROM BEST BUY!I bought 2 gift cards for Christmas neither of the cards had any money on them. I had to make 5 calls to even get it resolved talk to multiple people wait on long hold times and hung up on Multiple times I’m sorry “disconnected” they like to say but then don’t call you back! So have to start the whole process over. Never again

DO NOT BUY! Ordered 2 of these and when they arrived in the mail, they both had a zero balance! Called customer service and got replacements re-shipped. When the replacements arrived, they both also had zero balances! Have never had issues with any other brands of gift cards through Best Buy, but for some reason these cards are defective and cannot be activated

THE CARD DOES NOT WORK AND BEST BUY REFUSED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!! very bad customer service! they sold gift card that does not work and does not provide any solution despite multiple failure to activate the card on their end.

Love buying gift cards from Best Buy! Great for a variety of grief for gifts I get points for interest free financing. So it’s easy to make everyone in the family happy no matter what thanks Best Buy you rock!!

The card did not work when I received it. Upon use it said invalid card. Wasted $50. When I called Marshall’s they said call Best Buy. Best Buy said call Marshall’s. I’m out $50 and no one will fix it. Don’t buy this card from Best Buy!!

Once AGAIN, card arrived unactivated with $0 on it. This is NOT the first time this has happened with Best Buy

There was an issue with this gift card when I went to pick up the order at the store. The sales associate told me that she could sent the card to me at home at no extra cost. When the gift card arrived a week later, there was no balance on the card. I went over to Marshall's, and they told me that the card was never activated in the first place. I contacted BestBuy via the forums and they were able to refund the purchase. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNTIL BEST BUY RESOLVES THIS ISSUE!!!

Sent these as a gift and they were sent without activation, contacted Bestbuy several times and they were not able to activate these. Embarrassing experience since two were sent out to different people. DO NOT RECOMMEND this item at all, BestBuy really messed these gifts up. Two months later, they have not been replaced nor reimbursed

Gift cards are always great gifts. I'm glad that Best buy sells them.

Bought 2 cards for Christmas. The first set had no value on them. Sent me a second set which also had no value on it. I bought 2 Marshalls and : TJ Maxx cards 50.00 each. Out of 2 sets they sent me none had any money on them!! It is now 3 weeks after Chritmas and it still isn’t resolved. I am getting the runaround. I will not buy gift cards from Best Buy on line ever again!!!!!!’

I bought 4 of $50 Marshalls gift cards recently. yesterday when I used them, all of them are $0 balance. today I am going to call 1-888-237-8289. If not work I will dispute them.
