The worst transaction ever!

Sent me a second set which also had no value on it. I bought 2 Marshalls and : TJ Maxx cards 50.00 each. Out of 2 sets they sent me none had any money on them!! It is now 3 weeks after Chritmas and it still isn’t resolved. I am getting the runaround. I will not buy gift cards from Best Buy on line ever again!!!!!!’

Called 8882378289 and was connected oversea (Philippine) and agent there knows nothing about it and can't help either. Very bad experience. Avoid it!!!
