I ordered a subwoofer speaker online and chose the option to pick it up at the store. It was suggested that I have it delivered. I received a confirmation email that my order was ready for shipment and would be delivered on Friday 20 October 2023. However, when I arrived home, my order was not there. There was confusion about who had possession of the subwoofer. I presented my confirmation email and asked him why I was not notified of the delay. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I wasted my time and gas driving to the store for nothing. I expected better service from a reputable company like Best Buy. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue.

Shipping damage

Upon taking the sub out of the box one of the feet was broken offf and that corner badly damaged. I called and was offer 10% refund. lol. Cute
