Love the ability to use wireless and to make changes through my phone. Of course the sound is Martin Logan standard.

Replaced my older subwoofer. This ML subwoofer is too good and along with a new pair of ML speakers, the sound effect is superb. The connection at the back seems to suggest that is only applicable to one speaker but with an undocumented feature, it can be used to drive 2 speakers.

We purchased the wireless kit so we weren't restricted on where we could place this speaker. It provides great low-end sound without overpowering the room.

Love this sub! Fantastic sound and easy setup with ARC, but still learning and adjusting settings. Cleaner and less boomy than my Sunfire D8. I especially like easily changing settings from Movie to Night.

The Martin Logan 800X is outstanding. Connect it via LFE in Auto mode or switch to App mode and Bluetooth connect it to your iPhone via an app and control all the options of the 800X. The performance is outstanding for a medium to large room. If used in a small room you might have to crank it down a little. Ut has made a dramatic difference to our TV viewing. It is connected to a Denon X2600H AVR. You will not be disappointed with this Subwoofer.

After nearly 7 years of service, my previous MartinLogan subwoofer died, and I replaced with another one of the same make and model. So far, so good. I don't have it hooked up wirelessly - it's fine as it is. I like how the little legs lift the unit, so the speaker can fire. Great sound.

I love the deep rich sounds compared to other subs I have owned. I also liked the app for my phone is I want to adjust it.

Speaker performed as advertised. Got a great price on an "open" box item. Martin Logan (2nd purchase) makes quality products and works as advertised but expensive. Very happy with the sound and convenience to use as front-firing or placed on the floor. I have mine placed at ear level as a front-firing speaker matched with ML ESL floor speakers. It can also be used as a Wi-Fi speaker so very compatible with most situations.

Went with two 800X 10” instead of one larger 1100X. More power with better room coverage for only $300 more. Clean base sound. We like the Martin Logan sound.

Amazing! Never a moment the boom doesnt come through. First movie we tried was Independence Day and these two subs handled every explosion beautifully! Very true to what I experienced when in the theater with other movies also.

Sounds good easy to install. Would recommend. Very good quality.

One thing should be stressed is you need the adapter that has it's own app. Without it, you always be fiddling with the back panel controls. And I had to change to a forward firing speaker. If you have it facing the floor, (we have hardwood floors) you will vibrate the floor which is very annoying. All of my 5.1 speakers are Martin Logan. The quality is awesome!
