    I was able to place a preorder within minutes of the listing being made available. Now you're telling me my order is delayed? After hearing accounts of people who placed their order DAYS after me getting theirs fulfilled? Unacceptable preorder practices, I shouldn't get moved to the back of the line because Best Buy can't price their own items correctly at preorder launch. Absolutely unethical and trash customer service as well. You've lost me as a customer.

    after i pre ordered on the first day they cancel when released because i ordered it when it was 50$ what a scam best buy was will not be ordering anymore products from best buy because it was not a beat buy just a scam

    Bestbuy is cancelling all orders that were purchased when it was $50. Super shady lying about shipping delay. Will contact customer service wince they promised the order wouldn’t be canclled and that I could order again at the $50 price… i highly doubt they will.

    You messed up and cost everyone their chance to get this before resellers rob us. Thank you for offering a deal, canceling, and forcing us to pay insane prices now. NEVER PREORDERING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

    Ended up canceling my order and purchasing it from Amazon after waiting days after due arrival date. I have no idea why the shipping was delayed for so long, since Best Buy won't give you any direct updates.

    Maximum Hulk is in stock and shipping from multiple stores. But Best Buy is canceling orders due to "shipping delay". Terrible customer service.
