I ordered a new helmet, got a used one

It was crudely taped back together, when i opened it the product was not in the original plastic packaging and the back plate was broken off as well. Additionally one of the lenses was cloudy and scuffed. It appears like it was used for a while honestly and not taken care of. To sell this as new, is a joke and it was too late to return the gift before Christmas or swap for a new one would be a hassle. Just think they should sell as an open box not NEW!!! Best Buy come one, you are better than this!! Giving 1 star due to this mistake.
