Great experience playing as some of your favorite marvel super hero’s. Has multiplayer which is always a plus. Only Negative May be missions start to feel a bit repetitive.

The game is great. I played solo but it is best played with others since there are obstacles only certain characters can reach. Solo the other members plays as companion but you can't direct traffic since they're on auto pilot. The story is great as well get on this any let's avenge

This game had some good ideas. The story is entertaining, the combat is overall good and the way the characters are portrayed is great. However, this game suffers from some big problems. The biggest one being that though the story is good, the structure can be very bad at points as some missions are just the multiplayer missions but solo which isn’t fun. The multiplayer itself is fun with friends but not so much solo. Still, I think that the positives of this game outweigh the negatives so if you’re a Marvel fan, I would recommend this game but don’t go in expecting the best thing ever.

As a fan of the MCU and comics, I found the storyline to be attention grabbing. Starting off as Kamala Khan is really fun. Gameplay is not like Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Downside: 1. You need to select your character before you start your mission. 2. All the upgrades just seem bleh. Upside: 1. Be the Hulk and just Smash through things. Hahaha 2. Thor is fun too. Just to throw Mjölnir and call it back to hit your enemies from the back is really entertaining. Overall, 4/5 because I love the story, but the gameplay could benefit from the old Marvel Ultimate Alliance games (1+2).

The campaign has been awesome and each characters plays differently. The individual stories for each hero is good and you feel like you are in an Avengers movie. The action can get crazy and you need to focus on different combos for different enemy types. Fun to play!

Great story, great graphics! For the price you can’t beat it! And it came with free updates!!

It is a fun game even when you don’t get to play as the main characters you get the game for it can feel repetitive at times but still a fun game.

Great graphics and not so violent like other games, keep my son busy and safe at home playing with his friend via internet

It’s an Avenger game that allows you to control various heroes from the Marvel universe such as the Captain America, Thor, Ms Marvel, and the monstrous Hulk. AI is okay, and level design are vast. Missions are very repetitive, especially when grinding to find loot to buy at the game’s micro transactions store. Speaking of loot, it is very minimal, and the game forces the player to grind through the same levels numerous times. Overall, it is an okay experience that left players yearning for something more fun and less grinding.

This new Avengers game has really grown on me. I love the action and the storyline. As a fan of the Marvel universe, it doesn't disappoint.

This game is so awesome. I hope they make more and I think I am in the finale of the game currently. After shopping around this was the best preorder deal and edition for me. It came with a steelcase which is less than exciting artworkwise for me and also $10 Best Buy Rewards certificates, which I love. I am a fan of the Tomb Raider franchise and it is that same team that brings us this game. The game also included Square Enix Rewards points which I used to get a Tomb Raider Steelcase and sadly had to pay alot to ship it. Loving the main story campaign and optional challenges are fun. There is a lot to do in the open world of the missions which is great and to play through all of these Marvel Avenegers is super fun. Love San Francisco as one of the backdrops to the story because I am from that area.

This game is a Marvel Comics fan's dream! Getting to play as all of the Avengers is awesome! The graphics are great and the combat feels really good! The story is surprisingly excellent as well. Highly recommend!

The graphics in this game is insane. This is the game we needed. But the fighting could have been better. The story was a lot of fun.

Just good ole fun! Be an avenger. Be your favorite character. Bust up some stuff and don’t get in trouble for it. This is fun! Iron man and hulk and a bunch of broken stuff. Make a mess, and feel so good about it.

All in all Avengers is a decent game, but it feels like it wasn’t quite ready for launch. It is a victim of the rush to market that has hurt a lot of other games in the “games as a service” model. There is a strong foundation; the game looks fantastic, the combat mechanics are good, and each character feels fun and unique, but unfortunately the content is lacking. The main campaign is well written and overall fun though you won’t see many villains, most of your time will be spent working through piles of robots. There are only a few boss battles and they are mostly against larger robots or vehicles. Once the somewhat short campaign is over, it’s just time to grind levels and gear for future content. Many of the end game missions are short and it feels like almost as much time is spent in menus and load screens as is actually playing the game. The game does include a lot of cosmetic micro transactions, but doesn’t beat you over the head with them. If anything, it feels like a missed opportunity. There was early criticism for the original character designs and costumes featured in the game but they do look good in the final product. However, there are decades of beloved costumes that could be made available to purchase and the early selection is a bit limited and mostly color variants. Avengers, like many live “game as a service” games, might become good eventually but for now it’s a bit limited.

The game is fun, with the fighting mechanics being different than a typical superhero game. And the skill tree route for each character is neat (one could attempt to make the Hulk a range fighter haha). However, that being said, this game does not have the best graphics and tends to have moments of lag whenever doing an airborne attack or switching between certain combos. I have not tried the online multiplayer yet, but I hope that it is good too? The story is also great too

Overall, I've enjoyed this game. The campaign is solid with good story and voice acting, the combat is enjoyable and more complex and varied the higher level your characters get, and the microtransactions are very inobtrusive. The game is very grindy, however, especially later on in the campaign (you have to grind through pointless side objectives like use certain moves so many times just to get access to character-specific stories) and in the post-campaign end game.
