Is it a perfect game no. But I will say my expectations from this game being that it's from eidos Montreal and published by Square Enix was very very low. Like I wasn't even going to bother with it. But upon hearing the rave reviews I decided to give this a try. As a single player open world ARPG offline gamer that does absolutely no online multiplayer at all and likes FEW Linear games I can say I WAS WRONG ABOUT THIS GAME.. It is absolutely fantastically FUN. I am not much for team battling but this was GREAT.. I fully 100% recommend this. Even predominantly online multiplayer Gamers like Call of Duty/Fortnite and Esports gamers will like this one. Graphics on it are pretty amazing not perfect some slight bugs an Hiccups. I play on Quality mode because Ray tracing is just in Reflections and will lower your resolution and I have just never been for performance mode. The FPS is good enough for me on Quality. If you are reading this and wondering should I,, as a heavy doubter myself I am telling you get it give it a chance it is freaking awesome. (Playing on XSX to 65"C1)

Great game I'm having a blast. If you are looking for a good single player/story driven experience. Guardians does not disappoint. It's pretty linear with a little environment exploration for secrets and extra credits/outfits. The humor is what you'd expect from a GOTG story. Overall great game and love these versions of the Guardians characters. This buy was a great surprise. The series X/next gen upgrade also looks great.

This has to be the best Marvel video game to date. The attention to detail is very apparent in this excellent game. The soundtrack is phenomenal. The storyline is better than many of the Sci-Fi Adventure movies that I have seen (and there are many that I have seen over the years). It has a nice blend of action and humor. If you are a Guardians of the Galaxy fan, this is a must play video game for you! Cheers to the game developers / creators for this specific Guardians game.

Great story, graphics and gameplay. Characters act like they did in the MCU but look like the comic book versions. The soundtrack is also spot on. Definitely, one of the best games that I have played this year.

Great soundtrack, interesting storyline, great humor and fantastic graphics. The gameplay is fairly smooth and gives the player the option to utilize teammates abilities

I played this game, when it first released, on pc GamePass so I could take advantage of RT at 60fps or higher and loved the game. The story is decent, some of the voice acting could have been better, especially Drax's, he comes off too stiff at times that seem to not fit his character as he's portrayed in this. The pacing was good and I never felt game fatigue with this one. I waited awhile to purchase the game for the Series X in hopes they would patch in a RT on/60fps mode but they didn't. They did improve the performance of it, just not to 60 constant. Hard Yes

This game is seriously one of the best games of the year, in my opinion. Though the combat can sometimes get repetitive, it was still fun and enjoyable, which goes for the rest of the game also. I can't remember the last time i have had this fun playing a game. If you haven't picked it up yet i totally recommend it

Fantastic game! Really love the choices and the consequences for your choices. The game is not short and pays off with classic music and great story telling! Highly recommend for any marvel fan.

Fun game, kind of simple but the graphics and the story are great.

I was pleasantly surprised at this game. The story was fantastic and the gameplay was great. I don't know who was responsible for marketing but this game didn't get the best. It's nothing like the cash grab avengers.

OMG the graphics in the game are epic best game I’ve purchased so far and the story line is exciting and bold and funny all at the same time no glitches are the picture is perfect u would be a fool not to purchase

I am really enjoying this game on my SeriesX. The graphics and voice acting really stand out. I am also enjoying the eclectic music selection as per the Guardian’s tradition! Entertaining Fun all around

The is a great single player super hero game. It has awesome visuals, excellent battle mechanics, a great soundtrack and it's fun to play.

Good story and funny dialogue. Gameplay is pretty good, some repetition fatigue, but that most games. Every bit worth the money. Hopefully gets a sequel and can control all characters.
