As many other have said, this game is one of the year's best surprises. The narrative and acting are gripping and the interaction between the team as it gels is hilarious. I don't mind the combat most of the time, even though it's occasionally been frustratingly tough with some of the tougher enemies. Even boss battles aren't as hard as a shaman-type enemy with shields healing every other bad guy.

Gameplay is not gonna blow your mind with novelty, but it looks gorgeous - it’s really pretty funny, and the storytelling is surprisingly cinematic! Makes for a real fun time!

Character interactions feel like they could be in the movies. Really well done. The graphics are great and the gameplay is fun. Any marvel fan who likes the guardians of the galaxy movies will definitely enjoy it. I feel like its the best marvel game done in quite a while.

What a great game!!! My son absolutely loves it and we both love the music. They really did a great job with the game. We were hesitant since the characters don’t look like the actors in the Marvel movies but you soon forget once you start playing. 5 Stars

Really enjoyed this game. The story is fun and the voice acting is great. The controls are smooth and I'll admit, I was a little hesitant about the fact of not being able to use any of the other characters on the roster other than present actions, but it worked well and the game play was still solid.

This game is loads of fun! The humor is on point for Guardians and it's very entertaining. The only downside and the reason for my 4 stars is that is is a bit on the short side. Gameplay is fun, but not anything original.

This game is amazing. Soundtrack is awesome! Once you get over that the characters don’t look like the ones from the movies you’ll be hooked.

Great storyline along with the constant banter amongst the Guardians makes this game a great play. The combat is fun as well, with emphasis on team work and utilizing the unique skills of each Guardian to complete missions.

Bought this for my son, and we’ve placed the heck out of it. It’s hard to go wrong with the Guardians of the Galaxy. This game is an absolute blast even with the high expectations I had buying it. Would recommend!

A very refreshing game. Lots of fun, especially if you're into the Guardians franchise. They did a good job of bringing the different personalities into the game and the story is very fun.

After the Marvel Avengers game turned into a pay to win online experience, I was a little cautious about this title when I first heard about it. But after hearing a few other reviews say that Square Enix seems to have learned from their mistakes I decided to give this game a chance, and I'm glad I did. The story telling is great, the gameplay is fun, and the Guardians of the Galaxy characters have as much character as they do in the movies.

VERY fun game especially for Marvel fans! I am not much of an online gamer, so titles like this one are right up my alley. And of course, it was a GREAT Best Buy price!!

My kids love it. A little challenging for my 13 yr old but they feel it’s like watching a movie. Great graphics.

Great game and very underrated, it’s a lot of fun and the unlockables add to replay value.
