If you liked the first game, I'd bet you'll like this game. Everything has been dialed up a couple levels. Quick travel is super fast. World traversal was actually a lot of fun. Story is really good. Not much I can say without spoiling it. For anyone who was annoyed by the Mary Jane stealth sections, they're back, but much better. No more instant fail when caught.

It some how takes the masterpiece that insomniac made with the original spider-man game and continued the story in a perfect manner. This game is filled with shocking surprises and moments that I would have never expected to happen. If you’re a fan of spider-man or superhero games in general, you will not be disappointed.

Spider-man 2 is better in every way except I think 2018 had a more solid story. - Boss fights are much better - Combat is more fun with the parry/ability system - The symbiote powers are really fun - Traversal around the city is the best of any spider-man game. If you want a more involved experience, you can disable web swinging assistance under options > accessibility
