Spiderman 2 is simply spectacular. If you have played Spiderman (2018) and Miles Morales, this game is a must. Insomniac really nails this sequel. The narrative in this game is definitely a lot less grounded than the first 2, it goes leaps and bounds, it is quite bombastic and wacky but there are also plenty of emotional moments. I think the character arcs of both our heroes and the villains were done really well. With Kraven being intimidating as an early villain and Venom was so threatening, i think they understood just how vicious and scary Venom really is. All in all I think the story was satisfying and I was satisfied with where both Peter and Miles ended in this game. I have to shoutout the side missions too. I feel like both Peter and Miles both have that 1 big side story arc and both were really great and compelling with Peter’s side adventure getting me excited for upcoming DLC or even teasing the next instalment? Graphics are next level in this game with both main graphic options both including ray-tracing. The city is dense with cars and well populated, you can even see NPCs in buildings or doing activities like playing tennis on a rooftop. Insomniac hit it out of the park with this one. And fast travelling is just insane this game, you pick a place and not even 2 seconds you are there swinging already, its just so seamless. This game is truely a technical marvel. Traversal is still really impressive and smooth. A Spiderman game’s traversal probably has to be the main thing you have to get right. They nailed it in the first game and they nail it here. It’s improved upon and still really fun. I will definitely keep this game installed just to swing around as Spiderman every now and then. The combat was really fun, I think it is a lot more simple now but it is also a lot more action packed with the new abilities. They throw a lot more enemies at you this time around but the abilities to help you crowd control compensate this. They simplified the gadgets and I think it was a good move but I do miss some gadgets from the first game. The only really minor downsides I had to this game was that I did run into a few minor glitches like enemies clipping into walls, audio bugs where sound or dialogue was not playing when it was meant to. And I still dont really enjoy playing as MJ, it is more bearable in this instalment but I really just want to play the Spidermen. I also think Miles is way too overpowered and I dont know what super villain they can throw at him next that I will feel he is truely challenged at this point in time, but we will see. Please get this game, you wont regret it

Spider-Man 2 on PS5 is nothing short of a masterpiece. The game builds upon its predecessor with stunning VISUALS!!! and enhanced gameplay mechanics that make swinging through New York City an absolute joy. The story is a rollercoaster of emotions, with characters that grow and plot twists that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat! The beautifully designed open world is teeming with life and detail, making exploration endlessly satisfying. The story is one of the game’s strongest points, delivering an emotional and well-written take on Peter Parker and his struggles as Spider-Man. The characters are memorable, and the voice acting adds depth to the experience. Side missions and collectibles keep the world engaging without feeling repetitive. Overall, Marvel’s Spider-Man is an outstanding action-adventure game with excellent gameplay, a strong story, and impressive visuals. It’s a must-play for both Spider-Man fans and gamers in general. I washed awhile to get to finally playing this. And it was totally worth the wait! Great story, great pace, tons of fun and action that's better than watching a Spider-Man movie in my opinion. When I played the first game, I didn't want it to end. So , I'm glad I can continue with one of my favorite comic book characters once again!!

PERFECT CONDITION, GREAT GAME, A BRAND NEW VIDEO GAME. NOTHING MORE TO SAY

PROS: The story of the game was very engaging, I found myself finishing side missions before the main story because they were just as if not more interesting at times. CONS: I didn't love the optional suit variants in this one as much as the previous two entries There wasn't as much stealth in this one as previous games.

Amazing graphics and sound through my 7.1 home theater system! First twenty minutes of the game is stellar! Best beginning of any game I can remember in years. Great story and character development. Even playing as other characters for brief periods is engaging. Some parts are repetitive and similar to the two prequels. Boss fights are a bit of a nuisance but overall fun and memorable. A must have for a PS5 owner! I was going to wait for a Black Friday or other holiday sale to buy this but I'm glad I didn't. There's a reason this title has never dropped in price nearly a year after its release.

There’s not much else to say about it really but I’ll just me tion that it is absolutely stunning on the PS5 Pro and the story is absolutely phenomenal! Cant wait for the next one!!!

I recently went to my local Best Buy looking to buy a PlayStation 5 and wasn’t sure what game to get. The staff were super knowledgeable and not only helped me compare PlayStation models but also recommended this amazing game. I had such a great time with it that I beat it faster than any game I’ve ever played! Such an awesome story and it feels amazing just to swing around New York as Miles and Peter. And unlocking costumes is so rewarding that it makes you want to play the side missions even more. 10/10
