    The outside box and contents we're fine except for the Steelbook case. It was bent and cannot close properly. How does Insomniac's Quality Control let this happen to a "Collector's Edition"? Neither Insomniac nor Best Buy have been able to offer a replacement.

    Once my gcu runs out, I'll have no reason to purchase from best buy again. Save myself from having to deal with poor customer service and terrible employees.
