Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales may not be quite as packed with content as the original, but it stands out as an essential story in Insomniac’s Spidey Universe. It earns its spot as a fantastic follow-up, telling a wonderful Miles-specific story while improving upon the fundamentals of the first game with distinctive moves and enemies. And it’s an excellent way to break in your new PlayStation 5; it looks spectacular, loads fast, and makes fun use of the DualSense controller, the directional audio, and more. But regardless of which generation you play it on, it’s a worthy followup to one of the best superhero games ever made.

Great game! A bit short but good quality graphics (on a 4k TV). If you haven't played the first spiderman I'd recommend buying the deluxe edition since it's included.

This game is amazing! I’ve spent several hours playing it. The graphics are superb and the functionality are great. It has an awesome story line and the game plays amazing.

Incredible looking game, super fun to just swing around New York. While it is a pretty short game (hence the price reduction) it was still deff worth it. 60fps on 4K is amazing

Even though the game was considered a DLC, Miles Morales brings it's own story, it was a great addition to the base game

Good game overall for PS5 even using the original games engine a little short maybe should’ve been a DLC but great experience overall.

Love this game and the speed and graphics, it was alittle short but it is definitely worth it. Excited to go back and collect the rest of the trophies.

This is such a great game! It has beautiful visuals with a decent storyline. The gameplay, mechanics, and the villians add lots of variety. You get to play as Miles Morales, which is one of my favorite Spiderman characters and there are so many awesome suits to choose from!

What else can I say for something that involves Spider-Man, Miles Morales?! The game is fun, comedic, action packed, and not to mention, the astonishing graphics!!

Spider-Man Miles Morales is 100% a contender for game of the year. Perhaps one of the biggest reasons I purchased a PS5 in the first place was to experience this game. The story, gameplay, graphics, etc are all on par and serves as an amazing sequel to the first Spider-Man installment, but also stands alone in its own unique way.

If you enjoyed the first Marvel’s Spiderman on PS4 and also the Spiderverse movie, then this is a can’t miss game. Beautiful graphics and great (albeit short) story.

The storyline for this game is like none other. It draws you in and make you want to keep playing. The graphics are so crisp and clear. The special moves are epic.

Expansion-like sequel to Marvel's Spider-Man, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is about the titular teen who was bitten by a spider in the original game. Taking on the mantle of Spider-Man and being left on his own in New York just in time for a new crisis. The game itself is wonderful. It plays as an expansion to the original game, meaning that every system is improved in at least a small way. The story is great and worth experiencing giving Miles plenty of depth and expanding upon his character and friends. However, Miles didn't deserve a glorified expansion, Miles deserved a full game. It's hard to feel connected to the storyline where Miles is fumbling around and learning the ropes when he functionally plays better than Peter did in the first game. The skills tree isn't that comprehensive and the game is certainly shorter than the original, taking only 23 hours to Platinum the game. If you liked Marvel's Spider-Man, this is a wonderfully fun game. A bit pricy at full price, but worth experiencing. I just hope they eventually give Miles the game he deserves, where the gameplay and story feel designed from the ground up for Miles himself.

Love the game, feels like an expansion or major DLC to the first....but as a stand alone, it is very short so I took off a star

Great continuation/convergence of storylines for the Sony SpiderMan franchise! Love this game foe the graphics, storyline and additional challenges/abilities.

Very fun game with amazing graphics. The storyline is fun and interactive. I do wish they made the game longer, but other than that everything else is fluent.
