Does not live up to predecessor

The gameplay was great and the visuals were great. However, the characters, story and missions were just bland, mediocre and boring. Buy Spider Man Remastered on PS5. You will have a far better experience.

2 games in one, great value

Overall combat is leagues above its predecessor but the short story leaves the player wanting more. Overall the original Ps4 remastered game that's included through a dlc code inside is a better product, but the improvements made in this game that learned from the first ones flaws shows steps in the right direction when the 2023 game comes out.
