Mass Effect Legendary is an excellent remake of one of the staple franchises in video game history. The graphics, fidelity, load times all are improved and plays very well. I have played through the original 3 several times over the years and love them. This is a great way to bring the games to newer generations. You get all Mass Effect games (minus Andromeda) plus approx. 40 pieces of DLC along with all the original upgrade, gear and pre-order packs.

Extraordinary 3 games for a great price! The story telling is top notch! I love the Mass Effect series! It's more than a game. You become emotionally driven to progress the story and find out more as you go along. The gameplay is enhance to make it more accessible to newcomers and veterans alike. The visuals are just breathtaking, and the music........ unforgettable! I had such a good time going through the series again and reliving every epic moment. I highly recommend this purchase.

I am a huge Mass Effect fan. It is awesome to play the original with updated graphics and combat that makes it actually playable in the year of our lord, 2021. I definitely do not regret my purchase, but it is still far from perfect. Cut scenes are still classically janky, Mako sections suck, terrain and combat zones still are not populated enough, etc. I I am one of the few players that really enjoyed ME Andromeda. A part of me wishes they used the new engine (I know it isn’t an easy to use engine for devs) and added a few ME3 things in regard to combat and powers. Mass Effect is still a great story driven sci-fi experience, but the devs didn’t do enough with this republishing imo. You should still buy it so we get a new Mass Effect in a couple years.

All 3 games remastered and running at 60fps on Series x...Part 1 in particular feels way better to play in this collection

This is a good game with great graphics. Its a classic throwback!

I am 23 hours in and this is my first time. I LOVE IT!! There is a great sense of exploration and getting to know different alien races is exhilarating. There are 3 games in 1 here and so far it looked amazing. And I hear ME 2 and 3 look even better. If you like exploring the unknown and love a great story, look no further. And the character creator is awesome. Take a look at mine.

Classic game and required in every serious collector's inventory.

The best video game story ever told returns in its definitive form with upgraded graphics and nearly all DLC included! Really the only things missing are the Pinnacle Station DLC from Mass Effect 1 and the multiplayer mode from Mass Effect 3. These games are life-changing. The story, characters and the gameplay...I keep coming back again and again! This is not just a game....it is an experience!

I enjoyed the original trilogy on the Xbox 360, so I preordered this without hesitation. The remastered version improves upon some of the more annoying aspects of the original, such as loading times, the elevator on the Citadel (which you can skip somewhat), and fast transit. This makes for a more complete experience. The graphics are nice and clean, and the first game looks better by a big margin. The controls were changed a little bit, but nothing major. There are a few glitches I have run into, such as sound “screeching”, characters getting stuck/disappearing, and not being able to enter the Mako. All in all, I would recommend this game to anyone. The stories, the characters, and the gameplay are amazing and it’s 3 of the best games ever (yes, I do like Mass Effect 3 regardless of the ending)!

The original Mass Effect Trilogy is my Star Wars. It's my go-to when I think of epic space sci-fi. A massive epic story spanning 3 games where your choices can have major consequences across the whole story. I believe Bioware did a phenomenal job with this collection. As someone who has played each game the moment they originally game out the HD remaster is beautifully done, especially with the first game. If you've never played ME get this and experience this epic collection. If you've played it before like I have, multiple times, the work put into the collection to modernize it for current Gen/4K makes playing through it once more a must.

I love the Mass Effect trilogy! It's been my favorite since the Xbox 360 days. On occasion, I would actually play the trilogy on Xbox 360 despite owning an Xbox One X. I'm so glad I'm able to play it at 120 frames on Xbox Series X and the fact that the entire trilogy comes bundled as one game makes it much easier to manage. Although BioWare got rid of Miranda's GLORIOUS cutscenes when she talks to Shepard, they did add a camera mode... So, it's all good. Also, all of the added DLC comes included with the game. Very good deal for the price.

Own all these on Xbox 360 as well, and this version is far superior in terms of visuals, sound, and gameplay. Not going to say it is 100% bug free, but well worth the price even if you still own them all on 360.

Mass Effect has always been a game I've adored as the trilogy was a one of a kind gaming experience. 14 years after the original Mass Effect the Legendary Edition welcomes old and new players to the universe once again. The game itself is polished with 4K UHD graphics perfect for next-gen consoles. The series has, for the most part, been untouched in terms of gameplay and story. This is how remasters should be done as it brings the entire story, including all DLC through the 3 titles, together into one game. I am still getting my feet wet in replaying the trilogy again, but instantly it feels modern and up to date. If you have ever had the desire to play it but didn't want to play the outdated original then this does the work for you. I would highly recommend any sci-fi, RPG, or over the shoulder shooting fan to give this game a shot as it will take you for quite the journey. Only gripe is that the game initially downloads only the first Mass Effect until you get into the home menu in which you can install 2 and 3.

There’s a lot of value in this trilogy, games hold up well and Mass Effect 1 looks very good with the work they’ve done to it. If you haven’t played it, it’s worth the money. If you have, the amount of nostalgia is worth the price.

I preface this by saying I'm a huge Mass Effect fan. I had long boycotted EA after their missteps with Mass Effect Andromeda and other instances of greed. But I always said if they put this collection together, I would get it and I can say for once, there's good value here. Most of the changes you'll see are in Mass Effect 1 as they have certainly prettied it up a lot. However the game mechanics a still a bit dated and you will see quite a few reused assets which is to be expected. ME2 and ME3 are basically shined up a bit. Nothing huge, but still great. Most of the value in my opinion is having all the games AND all the DLC in one seemless experience. Not sure if this will win many new fans over, but for the existing fans that just want to go back again, I can't recommend it enough.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I have been a Mass Effect Fan since original release of the first game. It is a engaging story and premise that spans 3 titles. Aside from the story arches, the graphics did improve over the course of all 3 games for the original Xbox 360 but having this remastered version starting with the first title was awesome and a great nostalgia. I understand a complete graphical and software rebuild would be very tasking, but none the less a great addition to the Mass Effect franchise...though just a remastered game.

If you've never played the trilogy get this its good the my first paragraph is facts the rest is just my personal opinions Ive played the OG trilogy and this is a good remaster a few bugs though sometimes you'll get stuck sometimes the AI acts weird But they made the game easier like even on high difficulty at times the game feels like a breeze and certain puzzles don't limited tries anymore which defeats the purpose of even putting them there

I have been a Mass Effect fan since the very beginning. It is such an incredible game that paved the way to include rich narrative within the gaming experience. And the Legendary has taken it to the next level. ME1 was the weak link in terms of the gameplay, and that issue has been completely address with this version. I could not be happier with the end product. Even if you are not a fan of RPGs, just play this game for the story. It will not dissappoint.

The incredible Mass Effect Trilogy has been remastered and tweaked slightly to make it perfect for this newest generation of consoles. Graphically, it's never looked better, and all the games have been tweaked to feel more cohesive with controls and designs. For longtime fans of the series, this is a wonderful way to revisit the beloved characters and world, and for newcomers, there's never been a better time. For 3 games and all the DLC, it's a killer value!
