The twist and lock mechanics are touch and go for sure.

However mine just broke the other day but I think I was manhandling it a little too hard. It is a very sturdy product and I might buy it again. I say might because it is a little pricey

Perfect length giving a short to long range. If you set gopro up correctly, the pole will disappear. Love how versatile this product is
