I actually like the much longer stick for grabbing shots of my 4 year old daughter from various angles while bike riding, using it from up above during dance classes & so on.

Feels solid and quality but not so much to justify the price, unless you love GoPro products. Buy it if/when it goes on sale.

Really Nice Tripod to Have for your GoPro

I own the Gopro Hero 8 and plan to purchase the GoPro Hero Max, and this grip works perfectly! It is small enough that I can fit it in my backpack to take skiing and mountain biking, and extends long enough to capture great shots! Not sure how water-resistant it is yet.
