    I have used Trend Micro for over ten years and have been extremely satisfied. When a rare software issue or question would come up it was resolved by a simple phone call. Very easy to use and install on my desktop and laptop devices. It does not slow my system down at all.

    Would not buy again. Software constantly will not allow us to go on popular company and common websites and I don't mean one or two I'm talking 40. For example we buy our straight talk minute cards on the Walmart app and they email us the card with the pin. We have been doing this for years with no problems with any other security software we have had. Now when we try to open the email for our phone card it will not let us and says that it MAY be malicious and they have not reviewed that site. They have a spot to click to request them to review it and we have don't that 50 times and they never email us any result or response and that is just one example of one site we cannot go to and this has been over last 7 months can't wait to replace this software...
