Read reviews and seemed to have problems with broken handle. I haven't had a problem. Mainly bought because of easy replacement of old may tag. Last one only lasted 3 years. Never had one with that short of life.

This microwave is very quiet, light does an excellent job.

We ordered this product after we ordered three other appliances this one from a different store than the first. They delivered them with the rest of the products, this one was not in a box but wrapped in plastic, as soon as we unwrapped it we noticed a screw missing underneath and dents on the sides and bottom. They would not be noticeable when installed but plugged it in before doing so. Power came on but the microwave itself did not work, called the manager who is taking care of it for us and we will be exchanging it. The stove in the same order did not work as well and had to be replaced due to it not being grounded. We buy many appliances for our rehab homes and this has been the first time we had problems but it sure looks like they gave us refurbished products and this is putting us behind schedule. If it happens again I will go back to HH Gregg.

Read some reviews stating handle broke easily. They had to of tried hanging on them. Very sturdy. Easy install, replaced an older model so all brackets worked.

I use this everyday and it does a great job of heating up food.
