Disappointing unit

Has all the basic settings that most would use except disabling the turn table. Easy install but my main issue is with the exhaust fan, it just doesn’t work. It turns on and blows out of the top but it is not sucking anything from underneath the unit, I tried contacting customer service and they were no help at all. I really hate to throw it out after only 3 weeks but Best Buy won’t take it back and Maytag won’t fix it.

We had to purchase a new microwave due to an error in store that cancelled my warranty on the first microwave. The first microwave had a shortage and could not be fixed. I'm not confident in the Maytag brand and/or service due to the fact that every Maytag appliance i have purchased has needed service in the 3 years I have had them.

Has all the features I need and works as it should. Looks great with the Maytag stove I purchased with it

It's a great microwave, loud alarm

Maytag is the best. American made and high quality appliances. This is a great microwave.
