The salesman was helpful in placing the order on 6/7, the delivery was on 6/24 and after that things went downhill. Nobody could explain the cooling vents filled with styrofoam followed by an alleged tech who suggested getting a new unit, all the while trying to get answeres by talking to a computer. We are currently waiting to get a person out to change the door handles, which was paid for and not done. Sorry to say, the experience was not what I expected!
