We have had this unit for about 3 weeks and we love it. It is so quiet, sounds like a gentle rain if at all. The dishes come out really clean and spotless. With our old dishwasher we had to wash the dishes before we put them in the dishwasher. I will admit I have been testing this one a bit and it has passed with flying colors.

After a few weeks of use, this is a good, reliable dishwasher. No real negatives to mention. We don't use rinseaid stuff, so it doesn't fully dry some plastic items, but then again, I don't think there is any dishwasher that manages that task.

Dependable, looks good. works like a charm. Still going strong after 2 yrs. it takes awhile to get used to the silverward slots. each one has its own slot, so if you have very wide silverware, they will not fit.

The first one the door wasn't closing all the way. It might have been the install. Regardless best buy sent another one and installed it. It works great now. I like the large stainless silverware tray and the bigger slots it has.

If you decide to purchase this dishwasher, make sure you purchase the extended warranty. For whatever reason, the top tray keeps coming out of the track and the track has had to be ordered and replaced. It's broken again. On Christmas Eve. Also, it doesn't really clean very well. My 15 year old JennAir was better. The only really good thing I can say about this dishwasher is that it is very quiet, otherwise one star only, or zero stars.

Got the maytag package deal. Love the look and style of everything. Also loved the fact that it American made so it easier to get any parts it anything goes on it. Can't go wrong with the extended warranty either. Geek squad all the way.

We are so unhappy with this dishwasher. It does a very poor job washing. often, i have to leave half the dishes in the washer and wash them a 2nd time! Even when the dishwasher is only half full, most still do not come clean. In addition, we thoroughly rinse all dishes, silverwear and even rinse glasses before loading the dishwasher. We use normal wash, automatic, high heat, low heat, no heat and everything in between. Have i mentioned how disappointed we are? The other issue... the dishwasher smells bad on the inside even when empty. We can empty it out, close the door, open it back up on 3 days and it smells like rotting food. WHY? We have no idea! This machine was installed in the same location as the one it is replacing. It's replacing a Whirlpool that was run 2x/wk for over 12 years! Even with the machine loaded up, over loaded at times, sitting for days... we NEVER EVER had this rotting smell, that our new Maytag gets. Rinsing with vinegar and water does nothing. IT's not a new appliance smell. Using the AFRESH tablets also does nothing to solve this issue. Using other "cleaning" products does not help. I have even tried several dishwashing detergents from liquid cascades to Finish and other Cascade pods or gelpacks... and tha has not helped. We have tried 2 different kinds of the "after rinse agent" both cascade and finish brands, and that has not helped either. This machine is barely 4 months and it's been horrible right from the start. We have the 5 year geek squad warranty... but im guessing that won't cover a full return and replacement. have i mentioned how disappointed we are?

Bought because of the name and reviews, but a little disappointed with the buttons, they stuck right away and had to replace

It was installed wrong so I've had it over a week and still can't use it.

Is good value and a solid dishwasher based on the research that I did. I also like that the controls are on the top which gives it a clean look.

All stainless steel tub with adjustable racks and has well built utensil tray with energy saving features like steam and quick drying feature with so quiet operating low desabals.

Great brand name dishwasher. Delivered on time. Installed on time. The installation man was very helpful and professional. I recommend this product. I give a 5 star rating.

Door Latch does not work to secure the door tight enough to keep it from leaking water and also periodically shutting off and having to restart in the middle of the cycle. Already paid $120 to a "Maytag Dealer" for a service call who now says they can't do any warranty service since I bought it at Best Buy. Utter BS!!!

Looks great. Interior is very sturdy especially utensil basket. Only complaint is interior seems a little smaller than last dishwasher. Easy to use and am happy with purchase.
