    I like this dishwasher a lot. Getting it delivered by the Best Buy subcontractor was a bit of a nightmare. But in the end they found someone to get it here.

    Its quiet but on the auto or normal cyle does not clean well at all. A cuttingboard that was only use to cut vegatables for a salad never comes clean. A bowl that I used for oatmeal that was rinsed out before it dried never comes clean. The bowls always havea film on it. This repalced a 16 year old kenmore that I never had an issue with it was just dated looking but nothing was ever dirty. Teh other thing is it takes hours to do a laod over 3 now that i have touse the highest setting top get things clean that is insane. Newer and more expensive is not always better.

    So far I've been mostly satisfied with my new Maytag dishwasher. It does a good job of cleaning dirty dishes, including dishes with dry, crusty food. My criticisms, based on only a couple of weeks of use, are twofold: (1) it doesn't do a great job of drying the dishes, even on the "long" dry cycle, and (2) it seems to take much longer to wash a load of dishes than my old one (as in 2-3 hours vs. 1 - 1.5 hours with my old Maytag dishwasher).

    Excellent dishwasher but the best part was the customer service from Best Buy. On delivery, found out we needed our plumber and electrician first (old house). The dishwasher was installed and the old one hauled off. Thank you Best Buy for refunding our installation and haul off fee without any problem. Excellent customer service!
