Good dishwasher. No issues so far after about one year of daily use.

Superb dishwasher with excellent 10 year warranty from Maytag. I had to exchange a Whirlpool model that I got from Bestbuy because it blocked a drawer with this one. So glad this one fit the kitchen.

Finally time to replace our old GE dishwasher and we heard good things about Maytag. First one delivered did not turn on at all. Tested the outlet with my phone charger, worked fine, but dishwasher was not interested on receiving electricity. Delivery team had already uninstalled our old GE so we figured we would just try again with another Maytag. Second one leaked out of the box and within two loads completely filled the drip pan. At this point, we've been without a dishwasher for 2 weeks and while we're not above hand-washing dishes, this is a pretty ridiculous pattern of quality for a major appliance. Our old GE was clearly on its last legs, but at least it, you know, WORKED. We will be looking at other brands at this point.

Very happy with it. Kept putting it off to avoid messiness. But delivery people did a fabulous job, they were neat and respectful. All around Best Buy.

The pandemic caused us to not fix our broken dishwasher for a few months. When we found it it needed to be replaced we chose the Maytag. We love it. It's great to find a solid product with a great warranty.

An excellent job all around by the technicians! Installation of dishwasher was done incredibly fast and perfect. Everything was explained as well to our satisfaction.

The overall experience was great the salesperson answered all my questions. The manager met my price and the man who installed Took care and did a great job . I will be returning the next time I need something.

Great dishwasher. Only complaint is it is a little noisy at little moments, but not annoyingly loud.

Doesn’t dry very well and third rack is really useless. You can’t put things up there like the video shows there’s no room plus the items don’t get clean on that rack. I should have kept my 15 year old kitchenaide The shelves were configured better and it dried better

I brought it home, unpacked it, and packed it right back up and returned it! The box was wet when my husband was opening it and when we took the packaging off there was a puddle of water under it. I did order another one, but NOT from Best Buy because the two managers were definitely NOT for helping me/the customer with a defective product! It will be really difficult to even purchase anything else with Best Buy after that. Not that the mangers care they are losing customers.

So it took a little over a month to finally get delivered. 9/28 I finally got it. After spending all this money looking at good reviews prior to purchase I'm getting a lot of dishes coming out dirty. Spoons forks are dull and have stuff stuck on them. Dishes had stuff stuck on them as well. I filled the rinse aid as usual. I've only used it a little so far I just got it but didn't really expect to find any dishes dirty. Not sure what is happening. A new machine shouldn't do this. I used normal setting sanitize rinse short hot dry. The dishes were rinsed too before they went in as well. I'll see how it goes if it gets better I will redo my review. Otherwise I will try to call for some insight I guess. Not sure what to do at the moment a little disappointed.

I'm almost afraid to say this out loud but, I really love this dishwasher! I even used the quick wash setting and did not pre-wash them and they were spotless!

Exactly what I needed! The last DW died (even tho only 5 years old, allegedly) . This new one is working great.

i do have to rinse all my dishes first to make sure they come out clean

For this price range, it has been a very good dishwasher that looks great. Use the longer drying time for better results.

Unfortunately ours stopped working before it was four months old. We waited for a warranty appt and now we have to wait another two weeks for a circulating motor because they aren’t allowed to carry parts on the truck because of COVID. Our previous Kitchenaid model lasted 13 years without a problem.

We had it for 30 days and so far so good - However all parts are plastic but Maytag warranty and Bestbuy I Think I should be cover.
