We have had this dishwasher for a month and it's been wonderful. Every load comes out sparkling clean and it's nice and quiet when it is working. It is really nice not to rinse before loading. The third shelf makes cleaning things like straws, chopsticks, ramekins, measuring cups and spoons a breeze. We installed it ourselves and it was pretty straightforward. The delivery process was very easy and arrived on time, right when they said they would.

For the most part this dishwasher works well. It cleans well and is easy to use. There are issues with durability since I’ve had to have it serviced twice on 3 years. In addition, there might be an issue with quality since rust has formed on the front of the dishwasher. I would consider another dishwasher if o were to look again.

I am so happy I spent a little more money and got this high quality dishwasher. It is SO quiet! I put a pot coated with cheesy spaghetti sauce in it as a test and it was absolutely clean. It actually dries the dishes 99.9 percent of the time. I think I’m not always loading the cups correctly because that is where a few drops of water collect. I am completely sold on the quality of this product. Best Buy was excellent in communicating the delivery and the drivers were very careful bringing in the dishwasher. I will definitely buy my next appliance from them!

I have not had this dishwasher very long. But it does an excellent job cleaning on the normal cycle. Dishes come out clean an dry. Never have had to clean the food trap in the bottom. Doesn't build up any scum or anything. Inside of dishwasher stays nice and clean. Very very quiet. I would highly recommend this dishwasher!

Outstanding so far. Got rid of a high cost Bosch that had the door tension rope fail twice. Also the Bosch ($900 unit) had a terrible oder in the tub. The Maytag has been leaps and bounds better. Three racks are a great idea and tall glasses fit in the 2nd rack with no problem.

Incredibly quiet; cleans my dishes well and dries the plastic containers; love the fact that this model has a 4 stainless blade food chopper. Keeps the machine and filter clean.

I liked the inside of washer. Runs very quietly and washes living no spots and grease.

I cannot believe how well this dishwasher cleans everything. Dishes and glassware come out sparkling. Though not sparkling per se, cooking utensils are spotless. Love the three racks. Allows me to get more done in fewer loads.

Super quiet operation. Well organized interior, nice having an extra rack. Should adjust positioning of cups for drainage. Black exterior is unobtrusive. Otherwise, very happy with it.

Mostly I love my new dishwasher —— it's pretty, has all the features I wanted, and is quiet. My only complaints are that it doesn’t always do a good job cleaning — I have to check the silverware in the basket carefully and it sometimes leaves dish soap powder on the plates — and the grid line spacing of the top shelf is too big — this is where I put small items and they sometimes fall through.

Good: 1. Third rack is nice to have. Although unreasonably shallow, it is still the deepest in the market now. Dedicated third rack jets help clean dishes on it. 2. Very quiet. 3. Rack pull-out action is extremely smooth. 4. 3-color status light on the front panel helps, but why not a numerical time-remaining indicator? Bad: 1. Third rack is very shallow, makes the usability very limited. 2. Front recessed handle is pretty unsightly and inconvenient to use. 3. Leaves food particles on dishes – bad filtering, much worse than my previous dishwasher. 4. Heat and noise blanket on top, sides, and back is from the 80s – loose, does not stay in place, catches every unevenness during installation. 5. The remaining time indicator on top panel is ridiculous – there is no way to see it during operation. Why is it not on the front panel? 6. Door is hard to open to the lowest position – need to push it hard. 7. Lower rack prong arrangement is worse than in my old dishwasher – fits less dishes. No fold-down prongs. 8. The 10-year warranty is a ridiculous gimmick. It covers just two (!) do-not-care parts, but they have the nerve to advertise it as if it was covering the entire product. This is really telling how low that think of customers' mental abilities to see through their dishonest trickery.

Super quiet and the dishes sparkle every time. Love a Maytag. Easy install too!

I love my maytag dishwasher, It's quite. I didn't think I would like 3rd top rack but I do.

The new house came with an e'cheepo washer that just threw water around and wasn't efficient enough to hold a lot of dishes. I had bought a Maytag washer for my condo 10-15 yrs ago. It was quiet and cleaned dishes well so I had no hesitation to buy another. This new Maytag washer is dead silent and with an open kitchen, awesome. However, it doesn't clean as well as my old Maytag leaving bits of food on the dishes. More importantly, the fancy duel-filtration doesn't work. The service tech said that they have found many of the choppers failing with just a little bit of food jammed it. Whirlpool is in the process of replacing/re-enginering the part and it would be another month before I could get a new replacement part. Most customers have found that it works fine without it. So cross your fingers I can go another 3 months without calling for warranty service.

So far so good. Quiet efficient. 3 racks so roomy. Great looking

Dishwasher is very quiet, cleans spotless, rinses top rack, racks slide smooth as silk. Installation professional, fast and courteous.

Failed after 3 1/2 years with a pump issue my repair guy sees all the time, and says Maytag knows about, but refuses to address. The pump is only covered for 1 year, and costs half of what the dishwasher cost to replace. I'm going to take that money and go to another brand. This was the first and last Maytag washer I will ever buy.

Loved this dishwasher for the two years it lasted. Quiet, dried well, but pump is shot two years and one month later. For the price of a new pump will just get a new dishwasher.
