I love my new maytag refrigerator. There's plenty of space to store all of your food and drinks. I was a little hesitant about the freezer being small but it works perfectly. Also, I've read the reviews about the ice maker being noisy and making a mess but I haven't had any issues yet (hopefully I won't). It's only been a week.

I looked over review after review, saw nothing but bad out of Samsung and LG - so they were out of contention - Maytag has always had a solid reputation. I looked up the reviews while in the store when we saw this model - it checked off everything we were looking for and a month in it's been the perfect choice for us. Some slight noise running, but nothing you pay attention to after a couple days, ice maker will make noise dumping ice no matter what fridge you choose so no sense mentioning it. A great buy.

Best Buy is the best. None of these Maytag in stores, but had at their warehouse. Bought online, picked up at warehouse two hours later. Maytag refrigerator very nice. It is a bit noisy, like our 8 year old LG was getting. Hoping won’t get louder. Very spacious even though listed smaller cubic feet than what we had. Wife loves the double doors!

I've had this fridge for almost 1 month now. So far everything works really nicely. The freezer drawer is really large and can fit plenty of food for a bachelor. One issue I didn't plan for was there is a wall that prevents me from open the left door complete, however I'm still able to fully use all of the drawers and compartments.

Just got this new fridge after our Whirlpool tuckered our after 23 years. Wasn’t looking for a Maytag but after speaking with the B.B. sales person we bought a suite of Maytag items for the kitchen. The fridge is so nice, offers lots of space and looks like a luxury appliance. Glad we got it...hope it lasts for many years to come!

This refrigerator is a great product and the purchase process was excellent from time of online purchase to curb side pickup.

This is an Energy Star refrigerator so it is very economical. I especially like the top and bottom baskets in the freezer, and the choice of humidity levels in the produce drawers, one for fruits, and one for vegetables.

The smudge resistant surface is nice on this Maytag stainless steel model. It's quiet design and inside setup (shelving) is perfect for our needs. Delivery was outstanding and overall very satisfied.

DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR!!!! I have had mine for 7 months and the door seals on both refrigerator and freezer doors are shredding and coming apart. We have no children in the house - just two old 'boomers' normally opening and closing the doors. Whatever engineer designed these door seals was an idiot. VERY FLAWED DESIGN. The repair man told me (under warranty) that he has replaced these seals many times for the same customer. I had to order this on-line instead of looking at it in the store and I would have never purchased if I could have 'kicked the tires' in the store'.

This refrigerator is nice and large - great space on the shelves and doors to hold a lot of food. The ability to adjust the shelves is a super plus! We had a large soup pot we had to put in the fridge. We took out a shelf temporarily, and were able to fit it no problem. The deli/snack drawer at the bottom of the fridge is a bit unusual... it is very deep, so a lot of the items you store in it get hidden in the back. Both doors need to be open to access this drawer, which really is not an issue. We LOVE the fact that the water filters that are used in this unit filter just about everything out of the water! We used to buy RO water, but we no longer need to do that! Just use the water straight from the fridge! The freezer section is nice and roomy. I first thought I would be putting my most used items in the upper baskets of the freezer, but since those stay closed when you open the door, you want to put those item you use most often in the bottom bins. The front of the door is stainless, and the sides are grey. Keep that in mind if your unit will stick out. I liked grey rather than some units that have black sides. The one thing that I HATE about this unit is the plate on the front left door that reads "10 Years Limited Warranty Parts". This is a metal label that is stuck on with what appears to be a double sided foam adhesive pad. It is thin metal and it bends. It catches on your cloth when you clean the doors. I do not need to be reminded of the warranty every time I open the door. This is advertising that does NOT belong on my refrigerator. I am hesitant to try to remove it because I do not know if I will be able to get the adhesive off. Don't want to ruin the finish with any chemicals I may need to use. All in all, this is a great refrigerator with very good features.

A very nice fridge. Ample room, although ice maker takes up a little door storage space. Nice bottom freezer with drawer. Vegetable crisper keeps produce fresh for a long time. The cheese/deli drawer is nice too. The cooling temperatures are even for fridge and freezer. Water dispenser with filter works great. Very easy to clean the outside - no fingerprints. I would have given it five stars, but the ice maker/dispenser will occasionally jam. Two cubes will sometimes freeze together and they won't dispense. It backs up and you have to put your hand up the dispenser to release the ice. You have to have a bowl handy to catch the ice. It happens infrequently. The other negative is that the ice maker tends to be noisy. But in all, very satisfied with the fridge,

Good price, great features yet not complicated which hopefully means reliable. So far so good and love the look. Layout is good. Ice maker makes a little noise at first if the bin is empty, but that is understandable. Ice dispenser is normal noise I would say. Water dispenser is quiet compared to our old fridge. Top tip for install, you must ensure the width and depth is correct all the way to the floor. I had to modify my baseboards to fit, and didnt have to do this with my old LG fridge. But no big deal. Would recommend!

Still new, working good so far. Space feels a little tight and one of the door shelves is downright ridiculously small. The ice maker is huge and takes up a lot of interior space. The fridge is fairly noisy and the sound of ice dropping into the bin is very loud. The interior is brightly lit and I like the shelving. The bottom shelf is especially nice. Door shelves (not on the ice maker side) are large enough to hold 2 1-gallon containers each. Freezer is brightly lit but feels a little small. It seemed to take the fridge a bit to really get cold, but seems to be doing fine now. Be ready, the ice maker can be generous when dispensing and the water doesn't always shut off the moment you release the lever. Overall, satisfied so far.

Overall it's a nice refrigerator. It looks good and has good capacity. The only complaints that I have about it is that the ice maker is smaller than I expected. I was trying to match other appliances so I never saw exact model in store only online. Also it makes a knocking noise for about 5 seconds when it comes on. The last thing has nothing to do with the product but was with the delivery. The delivery guys left a lot of little pieces of the protective plastic in the seams along the doors and the ice dispenser in the door. I had to cut the small pieces off and remove them so that they weren't sticking out all over the doors. Also they made a mark on my door with their dolly and didn't mention it to me until I saw it as they were leaving.

I replaced a 10yr old Kenmore side-by-side with this Maytag. Although this fridge has approx. the same cubic ft. from what I had, the top/bottom style (or horizontal style) does take a little getting use to. The shelves are sturdy and adjustable. The ice maker bin does inhibit some space on the top left shelf. If you have an over abundant of 'tall items', it seems at first they all won't fit, but in the end they do. Due to the more powerful condenser, it's louder than my old Kenmore, but it only clicks on in increments, so it's not totally annoying. Despite the slighty louder condenser, getting use to the interior reconfiguration, the overall features, tight seals and fingerprint resistant exterior was a good tradeoff. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this Maytag and feel it was a good decision.
