It is quiet, stylish - and preheats very fast - we were replacing a 20 year old Thermador and couldn't be happier with this one - the Thermador was loud and couldn't stay clean...so excited to use this for years to come! And Best Buy did a price match since the one we wanted was on "back order" indefinitely, so we got a great deal!!

The oven works great, I got a display unit after a significant discount. I had to buy the oven feet separately (they were missing from my unit), as getting them from BestBuy or the manufacturer for free was impossible. Don't like the layout and feel of the touchpad controls - would like something nicer instead, you have to push too hard to make the touchpad work. Only the upper oven is convection, no big deal, as I have not even used that feature yet. Light control is for both ovens, no individual controls for each oven. Looks good, installation was easy, no need for an electrician as long as you disconnect the breaker and know what you are doing. Needs 2 people for installation.

one complaint to the mfg.- the LED clock is too small and should be centered on the panel. Had additional LED colors for other functions. Heard the fan loud, we haven't heard it- We had a Thermador for 10 years- it had a much louder fan- but enough to not buy it at the time. The reviews given that we ready, some stated that the fan has a high pitch sound when it is on the cooling cycle after you finish using the oven- not loud at all. I hope that this one last at least 5 years- 10- for whoever buys our home when we prepare to downsize.--- Also, great sale price

I used it twice and we loved it! It bakes evenly. It reaches the desired temperature faster than conventional ovens.

shopped for a long time to replace my double oven that was quite old and not working properly anymore. since they were built in a cabinet, i had to find one that could fit. i checked many brands and they were all a couple inches too tall. Maytag was the closest to the size of the cabinet. but when they delivered and tried to install it , it was an inch too wide and tall so they had to trim both sides of my cabinet to make it fit. i would recommend using the delivery service recommended by best buy which is an independent company because they can make adjustment to your cabinet right away for a fee, the best buy delivery service will not make any adjustment if they are needed

Beautiful piece! Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Check the measurements for fit if you are installing into the wall without a contractor.

We looked for a while, considered other brands, but overall this was the best for the price, what I needed, as well as excellent reviews from others. Very happy!

so far no problem with the ovens, bought these because they were the only ones that could fit in the built in cabinet that held an old double oven that broke

everything we could of asked for, dont care for all the blue tooth ovens ( who needs tat) just stuff to break. was lucky to find this

It’s heavy so get someone to help lift and install. But! Fit is perfect looks great!

This replaced a broken dual setup. The single control for both ovens is a very nice feature.

I just received this wall oven 2 days ago and so far so good. it seems to bake a little too hot, so I have been adjusting my temperature down 10 degrees. I hope to keep having success with my cooking.

Oven is absolutely perfect extremely user friendly

The oven vents pieces were missing, otherwise the oven was fine.

Stopping heating after 2 weeks of use and can’t be repaired.

This is a beautiful oven from the front and works well as we were told to heat both ovens to 400 for 45 minutes. The fumes are not safe as they make you light headed so it's best to leave the home or open windows if it's not wintertime. BUT, there are no trim pieces on this side which does look a little unfinished (like something was forgotten), but more importantly the black trim that is revealed is super hot and would burn any child that likes to touch things to be involved in cooking like our 2 year old granddaughter. Really it's unsafe for anyone that does know not to touch that area. Our old oven had trim all the way around the edges to protect your fingers if you happened to touch that exterior area. It also pours heat on the bottom oven so I imagine cooking in the summertime is going to be no fun! Because of the safety issues we are going to have to exchange.
