It doesn’t have the biggest capacity and if you put more than 3 towels you have to do an extra drain and spin. It doesn’t clean well. Has great settings. Looks great. Sometimes I just wish I could have one of those old top load washers that was affordable and great quality. That just doesn’t exist anymore.

I very much enjoy the new machine. It cleans so well, it’s so quiet I can’t hear anything.

We bought our first (!) washer in May 2019. In August 2019, the washer stopped working because of excessive suds in the drain pump. This part is not covered under the VERY limited warranty. A repair was quoted at $615 (we paid $700 for the washer). However, supposedly due to Covid the part was on backorder through at least the end of October. We elected to replace the washer. Unfortunately, because we have a stacking situation, we had to replace with the same exact model (otherwise we would have had to purchase a new dryer, too). Frankly, I suspect the part was backordered so far because there may be a lot of other people experiencing the same issue. The repairman didn't say that there was any particular failure, just that if suds get backed up too far into the drain pump, it will fail. Seems more like a design flaw. Other than the costly and very slow repair, we have found the product to fully meet performance expectations.

My wife and I love this washer. It’s so quiet you’re never sure it’s on. It senses the amount of water to use based on load size. Clothes come out very clean. We got the washer and dryer matching set. They look very good together and can be stacked if you are short on floor space.

Washer has only been used twice but seems to get clothes real clean. Last washer was good at first so it's really hard to give an intelligent answer this soon. I don't know how it is energy efficient when all setting run for an hour and a half or more, but maybe because it uses less water.

Wish I could give this zero stars, this washer is an absolute headache and a waste of money. We originally purchased it bc it’s compact and stackable. We live in a small space so it’s perfect but performance wise it is a waste. We started having issues “suds” and “draining” in less than a year of owning it. We got it serviced and they replaced the filter and found a what was clogging it. Another issue is it’s loud and some loads can take up to 3.5 hrs to wash (heavy duty cycle) then we started having suds issues again, got it serviced and guy said we need to replace all 4 shocks but not worth it & it’s better to buy whole new set. We decided to keep Using it... Now, the error code F9 E1 showed up today so I attempted to check to see if something was clogged in the filter But I can’t get to it, even after opening up The back panel. The filter is facing the opposite side so I need to go from under the washer but I can’t bc the dryer is stacked on top. This whole thing has been a complete headache and nightmare. Who has time to be troubleshooting all these issues, save your hard earned money and use it on a different brand.

we had been putting up with a piece of crap g e washer that was only 4 years old. anytime you would have a load with a bulky item like a towel it would spin and wobble and dance around the basement floor

Great Product!!! I bought myself this Washer and it is just what I wanted its very efficient on water and gets my clothes really clean... I'm very Happy with this Maytag Washer and anyone looking for a Great Washer here it is.. I would recommend this Washer to Anyone!!

You have to hold the button for 3 seconds to start. Annoying. Maybe it’s a safety feature? So far cleaning the clothes really well.

I bought this to replace an LG top load washer. This unit does a much better job with cleaning our clothes. My wife is much happier with the Maytag machine.

Once again, it was an excellent product for the price. I’ve always had good luck with Maytag, and being a total tech number totally makes it worth the money

Has all the features needed includes steam wash. Door can be in the way when open and needing to get around.

We just got this washer with the matching dryer. So far it’s been good to us after 4 uses. I know it’s too soon to rate, but I am enjoying the ease of using this washer!! Great buy!!

Cleans as well as it says it does. Looks great too.

The machine is so quiet! Not sure it is running. We like the washer but it is tricky to start the machine. Not sure how it starts we just push buttons until it works!

Overall we love the washer. The only issue we have with the washer is that the door opens in the wrong direction. Our dryer is set up on the left, but needs to be on the right. Unfortunately our utility sink is on the right...Door cannot be changed to the other direction as in the past with the Maytag front loads.

I love this machine. It is even quieter than my 4-year-old Maytag model. The instrument panel has been improved so that it is easier to read and select the cycles. The only minor down side is the lack of an interior light in the drum, but I'm getting use to it.

Excellent Washer always dependable we have used it over two years and did a great job washing all of our loads and washes big comforters without issues.

Have had for three weeks now. Does a good job cleaning the clothes. Have had a few instances where it did not fill with water. Hose is not pinched so don’t know what the issue is. Detergent was used so really confused. Jury still out.
