It has so many cycles dedicated to my different clothing types. The extra power function is nice as well to add a little more time to my dedicated functions. I am so happy I chose the Maytag brand.

First the lock mechanism wouldn’t unlock. When we called costumer support and they couldn’t help and we couldn’t get service for four days, we unplugged it for two days and the door unblocked . Next the controls stopped working and another four days service came and diagnosed the mother board was bad and it would be 3 days to 2 weeks to get a replacement. We are now using the laundromat to wash are clothes. We have used a laundromat for 4 of the 5 weeks. No one can tell us when the washer will be repaired.

It took 4 months for them to do this. After calling and calling and calling for months trying to get anyone to come and repair our appliance. We were then lied to by a repairman. He ordered a part and assured us he would return the next week and finish the repair. Never happened. I finally go ahold of someone that approves replacement machines. She then messaged the large appliance team Supervision and received no answer for a week. She then approved our replacement machine. We were thankful to find one person that did her job. We will never buy another item from Best Buy. I would also advise anyone else to never purchase their maintenance plans. Horrible Service with Horrible Supervisors.

I have used almost all of the settings and my laundry has come out beautifully every time. The quick wash is my new best friend for doing my work tops.

Sounds like a plane about to take off! Shook so much that it moved a little.

My sales rep. was nice & very knowledgeable. I LOVE my new front load washer! It's so quiet & gets my clothes cleaner than the top loader I had.
