This machine is working well, and is quieter than the one it replaced. Happy with the purchase and Best Buy's service. The installation was professional and it arrived when promised.

We haven't used it yet but it is a very nice looking washer compared to the typical front loader. We can't wait to use the extra power button.

Don't be fooled; this is NOT a Maytag! My former machine died, and I had tenants sharing my house, and with the pandemic and everything, I did only a brief survey of washers, but came from a family of Maytag buyers, so thought I couldn't go wrong. Big mistake!! This is made by Whirlpool, whose reputation has greatly declined. Upon further research I found out that Mr. Maytag was forced into an untenable situation, and had to take the buyout from Whirlpool, who then fired all the lifelong Maytag employees, and moved what was left of the company to their own factory. It's all online, but I hadn't read it until several months after the purchase. This knock-off is the nosiest, most slap-dack design of any machine I've ever encountered. Buyer beware!

A quality washer that has everything you need. It’s quiet and efficient. Clothes come out clean and the spin gets almost all of the moisture out of the clothes making the dryer more efficient also.

It's a little noisy and vibrates a bit during the spin cycle, but we haven't had any problems so far.

So far it seems to do what I bought it for. It’s only been a month so that’s not really enough time to give a real opinion.

Excellent washer. My only reservation is that you have to hold the start button for 3 seconds before it will start. Initially, I didn't and came back to see that it had not started.

Quiet operation with lots of settings for large loads, extra soiled clothes, and sanitary wash. It appears to use very little water. Recommend buying the optional stand as the door is very low.

Very nice washer. Really like it. Very easy for us to use. Has enough room even for our king size comforter. A little loud yet fine with the laundry room door shut. Very happy with it!

Shocked at length of wash cycles. All very long except the quick cycle which is only 15 minutes. No middle ground

Great washer. American made. Priced right. Delivery guys forgot to take shipping bolts out of drum. Best Buy had to replace washer, which they did the next day. Always buy extended warranty.

Maytag washer has some trouble getting started. Try to start a few times.

Computer on the dryer has messed up sveral times. We have had to move the washer in and out to unplug the dryer (builder put the connections in wrong place). So, the washer is louder now when it spins. Have to call Best Buy out to get it fixed or replaced. We should never have any problems with brand new equipment, EVER!!! I would recommend to a friend, only if we can get them replaced.
