(March 2021) We downloaded the technicians manual and tested everything a Maytag tech would have. All signs pointed to the control panel. Found and purchased new panel for $170 and it still won't work. BTW... Every single part inside the machine was made in CHINA, not USA. I am a buy once cry once shopper and these were very expensive. To say I am disappointed in Maytag is an understatement. We emailed manufactuter's customer service over 2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing back. Proceed with caution if purchasing. We did not purchase the protection plan through Best Buy so they could not help us, I put none of this on them. Best Buy will be selling us our replacement washer today!

I owned a model prior to this one which had a drum light and an optimal dispenser. The dispenser alone is worth a lot.
