    The washer works great. The Start button is a fairly tricky hold one finger for 3-2-1. Been almost a year and still a pain. The chime/alarm is also not that loud on the loudness setting. No chance of hearing it if the TV is on.

    This was a replacement for a Maytag bought over 1 year ago that went bad. Was not happy and Best Buy tried their best to make it right for us. Maytag had always been our go to product but not sure after this experience.
