    I bought this open box supposedly checked by someone in the store. I shipped to Mexico and didn't work. I called whirlpool customer service they sent a technician he performed an inspection and the main card wasn't working. They can't repair that because I bought it in best buy. They will repair it if I have bought it in any other store but best buy. Now I have to ship it back to the US and they will reimburse what I paid for it. But at the end I'm going to end up paying more for the shipping than the actual cost of the washer.
