After 27 years, our Kitchen Aid model was done. Our appliance repairman recommended Maytag. Best Buy and another local store were close in price. After 4 months of use, it's a good product. What we absolutely didn't appreciate was the Best Buy salesman who gave us wrong information. We had to buy the Washer accessory package. He told us that if the installation crew deemed the existing accessories were in good shape, they could re-use them and we could return the new accessory package for a refund. The installation crew said they are not allowed to use old parts and we ended up keeping (and therefore ultimately paying for) the new one for the installation. The other negative aspect is the price of the stacking kit. I could not believe the couple of pieces of hardware that made up the kit and the outrageous price we paid for it. So, the Washer is good but beware of the rest of the sale.

The machines themselves are fine. At least they are quiet but not so sure it gets my clothes clean. The BIGGEST issue? Best Buy themselves! Do NOT buy this or anything else from these people! The phone number sends you to india and the chat is a bot...those are your 2 choices! You are forced to go into the store in order to talk to an American (as long as they've hired one!) and they are just as lost! This has been the worst experience! Two months later and I'm STILL arguing about the bill! I had to return the first set of washer/dryer because it was so loud. They STILL have that balance on my statement as due even though they've had the machines in their possession for 60 days! NEVER AGAIN will I spend a penny in their store...ANYWHERE!

Very accessible, washes clothes very well and leaves garments good. Quiet machine

I love most everything about it. I just wish we would have been given some instructions on use. Somehow the spin button was turned off, so the clothes were always wet and I thought it was broken. Made arrangements to have it replaced, but found the spin button and it works great! Just a heads up, never had a machine that you could turn spin on and off.

What I like about my new Maytag washer is that, it just gets the job done quietly. My dislikes, some of the settings take a little longer to complete a load.

So happy I went with this washer it’s quiet is powerful with so many different options it gets the job done above and beyond

Our Samsung front load died after 8 years of moderate use (just my wife and I), screaming a shrill protest the last six months with us whenever it went into spin mode. We were told by a couple of repair people that it might not be worth repairing. So, we decided to try the Maytag 4.5 Cu Ft 10-Cycle. The Samsung was only 3.7 Cu Ft, even though it has the same footprint as the Maytag. After a month of use we have no complaints about the Maytag, and it's nice to not have to hear the screaming from the Samsung.

I bought this and the accompanying dryer as a package. Nice design, decent on noise. So far I've had it for about a month and it is a significant upgrade from my last front load washer. The smell is very fresh and clean and it's a large capacity washer which is great. It's also eco-friendly which is something I was looking for. The only issue I've had so far is that sometimes it seems like a standard drain and spin cycle isn't included in the regular wash cycle so the clothes are much wetter than I'm used to and I have to run that cycle separately to get the additional water out that sometimes ends up in the bin. I intend on checking the manual to see if I can make that part automatic and reduce having to run it separately.

When first i got this washer i didn’t think it be easy to use but now it make my lif really easy

I had the new top load Maytag washer and my clothes were coming out with streaks of dirt in the creases. Didn’t matter if I said I needed a deep water wash, the agitator did not move the clothes enough to circulate the wash lad. I bought the front load and 100% improvement. You can use a lot less water if the clothes tumble through it than you can if it is just moving back and forth an inch or two. My clothes come out clean, no grit or dirt in the creases and there is no comparison. I LOVE this front loader!

Like it a lot. Controls are a little high when stacked, however, good visibility. Pretty quiet, looks sharp.

Love my washer! I only wish it had a light on the inside but I love the way it washes my clothes and keeps things smelling fresh.

I think i made a best decision to buying those sets with reasonable price from Best Buy compare to other stores.I did shops around. I’m very happy with my Maytag washing machine and the dryer.Also the delivery was very good.thanks Best buy

Godzilla owned a Maytag for ten years and decided to replace it with a newer model. He ordered it from Best Buy because they had it for a good price and the Geek Squad was able to deliver it sooner than one of the big box stores. They did a great job with delivery and installation, and in no time Godzilla was washing clothes in the new washer. He found that they were clean, and since the washer was properly leveled they machine did not wobble too excessively or move across the floor. The king of the monsters was pleased with his purchase. He put on a new, clean shirt and enjoyed the rest of the day.

Love this washer. It really gets things clean my only quibble would be you have to make sure the spin is set to high or things come out too damp

Does not leak, and I love it. First time I have a front load washer.
