It is constantly throwing error codes. We get it working for maybe one load and then it's back to throwing more error codes. I've never had this issue with an appliance before, let alone a brand new one.

The machine worked for first month but never really spun the water out of the clothes which we thought was strange but we were desperate for a washer and had to deal with it then it started getting to the point it would spin forever and never drain. We had technician come diagnose said the drain pump and drain hoses were bad and need to replace but parts are back ordered indefinitely so I’ve been three months with this brand new non working washer that I can’t return and can’t get repaired to work? How is this fair?

Love my new Maytage W/D set

I did not stack them. I have a countertop over them for folding clothes. Quiet, really spins the water out of the clothes. Very happy with my purchase. Shopped around and decided on Maytag because they have been in business so long and this appliance has "commercial technology". Replacing my W/D that lasted 19 years, so hoping the same for these.

Bought this 8 weeks ago, and keep having trouble with the control panel. They replaced it the 1st time, but now 7 weeks later, having same issues on the replacement. And Best Buy said .....sorry. Nothing we can do! 1500.00 for a set and I am very unhappy!

Not the best option

Can’t use certain wash types without an error code, doesn’t spin out all water and have to run a drain and spin cycle in almost every load.

Worst washer. It will leak and destroy your floors

First one leaked and replacement has been leaking for the last 3 months. Maytag has sent a tech 6 different times and can’t figure it out. I can’t believe Best Buy keeps selling this model. Maytag used to make really good products but this washer has shown how little they understand their products now and how engineering support is very limited. Now I have all laminated floor damaged ready to be replaced and still a leaking washer that Maytag is still trying to fix...

No drain door

Could have easily put a door there like other brands.

Finally seal and drum went. Very happy with that. this one doesn't work as well doesn't wring as well and doesn't rinse as well

And guess what not balanced means you can’t wash the machine won’t go through a spin cycle. Then when you call to set up an appointment to come back they leave you on hold for 45 mins and tell you they need to call you back. You know what’s the best part they won’t let you review the service anymore. What a joke. Never wasting my time with Best Buy again.

But worst of al is the design for accessing the coin trap; as if they specifically designed it so consumers would have to pay for a specialist to examine something so typically done by the consumer. Doesn’t drain in less than 12 months. Sounds like a common issue. Just do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Watch it spin, and it looks like it's about to erupt..Shakes terribly. My 3yr old witness this and said "mom, I'm concerned", so I returned it.
