Confusing because I’m old school. But once I got it it works. New to all the”touch” buttons. Book fo s not tell how long each different cycle is. My first was was 3 hours long but was and has been surprised how clean the clothes come out.

Amazing product I think put the washer review on the dryer. Oops! The dryer is great. There is no super fast spin cycle on the dryer! Both products are amazing! No issues!

I read so many reviews before buying this product, and I liked it. In our first try, it worked so well and our white clothes were cleaned well. However, in our second try, it gave "add garment" error. So, I had to return it. It was a big frustration for us, but I like Best Buy since smoothly processed the return and we will order another product.

Great machines. I've bought them for every house I've moved too and even the new homeowner would want them so I'd sell as part of the transaction and buy a new set. Probably been using this model series since 2010 side by side style. LOVE physical buttons... Very nice.

The only problem I have noticed to date is the door will not stay open so I can let it dry out after loads - if I am not going to be using for a few days to let it dry out so I eventually do not have a problem with it having an odor inside. It would be appreciated to have this issue take care of.

Machine has held up to my expectations at this time. I will be submitting additional reviews as time goes on to ensure that people will have an honest review of the product. It so far thoroughly cleans and steams clothing appropriately. I dont have problems with rinsing and pulling extremely wet clothes from the washer. Its quiet, which is a big plus for me. I really like it so far.

I’m enjoying my new washing machine. I like that the quick wash cycle is only 20 minutes and the clothes do appear to be very clean. I like that the machine has a clean washer option. The machine itself is extremely quiet While it’s running. It’s a very sleek design and Looks nice in my new kitchen.

The first Maytag washing machine which Best Buy delivered had a cup of water in the tub when they left, and it never did drain properly. Two weeks later they delivered a replacement. The replacement washer seems fine. I have had Maytag washing machines for 50 years, and they seem to get progressively worse. Next time I will consider another brand. The good things: The washer is quiet, & the Lock is optional. The bad things: It doesn't spin out water as well as my last 3 Maytag washers, the end of cycle signal is so low, you can barely hear it if you're standing right in front of it. The door & rubber seal are covered with water at the end of each wash and have to be dried to keep the water from dripping in the floor. The Quick Wash cycle is only 23 minutes long-- 8 minutes shorter than my last Maytag washer. The drawer where the detergent/bleach/fabric softener goes is extra small and barely pulls out far enough to add your liquids. The Whites cycle takes well over 2 hours to wash. Those are my first impressions.

Great front load washer! Washes quietly and gets clothes clean.

My first front loader, didn't realize how the orientation really affects the load capacity, even though it is only 0.2 cu ft smaller than my last one it really feels like it holds a lot less. Only other complaint is I wish the options display fully lit up when powered on.

If you don't set the machine on full spin you wind up with very wet clothes. I don'y know the machine gives you options on the spin cycle. Otherwise its a good machine.

Cleans tough loads very well , easy to use , does small loads well

Pretty Quiet, I live in a small apartment and I barley notice its on when I'm washing, I was skeptical at first, in so use to the Top list washers but this one works just as great if not better.

Washer has only been used twice but seems to get clothes real clean. Last washer was good at first so it's really hard to give an intelligent answer this soon. I don't know how it is energy efficient when all setting run for an hour and a half or more, but maybe because it uses less water.

You have to hold the button for 3 seconds to start. Annoying. Maybe it’s a safety feature? So far cleaning the clothes really well.

This is a great washer. It has plenty of wash options. One of my favorite options it has is that if you are like me and you throw a load of laundry in before you go to bed and sometimes forget to switch it over before going to work it has a 12 hour tumble that will tumble the washed clothes every so often so they stay fresh until you are able to switch it to the dryer. I would recommend stacking the washer and dryer because if they are side by side the doors get in the way of each other when trying to transfer from the washer to the dryer. I would hoghly recommend this washer to anyone you is looking for a new one.
