excellent washer. I'm in love with the quality of my clean clothes with a simple Quick Wash Option. It's very economical with detergent, efficient with time and quite throughout all the cycles. I'm glad the comparison of features and prices against other brands paid off.

Purchased this washer with its matching dryer unit to replace an older set of Samsungs. So far I’m very pleased with the unit. There is plenty of room for large loads, the unit seems to be very water efficient, uses little detergent, several washing cycles, very pleased with the noise level.

Bad delivery and disappointing as I buy everything from Best Buy. Bought new but first one dented and second one scratched. No replacements brought out.

Machine has held up to my expectations at this time. I will be submitting additional reviews as time goes on to ensure that people will have an honest review of the product. It so far thoroughly cleans and steams clothing appropriately. I dont have problems with rinsing and pulling extremely wet clothes from the washer. Its quiet, which is a big plus for me. I really like it so far.

I bought the washer dryer combo in January 2019. First service call came in March 2019. It would take 3 to 6 hours to complete a regular load. Always the same thing, replace the board and sometimes the panel too. Multiple repair visits for the same thing. Maytag refused to do anything but send more repairman. FINALLY in August the replaced the machine. Fast forward to September 2020 and that machine is a year old and it hasn't worked correctly for more than a couple of months at a time. Same issue as the first...hours and hours to complete the cycle if it finished it at all. Never any error codes just says 1 hour and 27 mins to finish and 3 hours later it would say 45 mins left. So now Best Buy has lived up to it's warranty and they are issuing a full refund of the machine. I just want to warn everyone this washing machine is the WORST!! 2 machines in 18 months and never more than a few weeks of working correctly. Always the same issue and always the same repairs.

This Maytag washer has greater capacity than our previous one (also stackable), which is great for larger loads. So far, it has been doing a great job of getting clothes clean. I do have to run the spin cycle an extra time occasionally. Other than that, so far, so good.

I am really enjoying my Maytag Washing machine. I really like it being a front loader. it was delivered and installed on the date that was promised. The delivery guys were very polite and did a great job.

I’m enjoying my new washing machine. I like that the quick wash cycle is only 20 minutes and the clothes do appear to be very clean. I like that the machine has a clean washer option. The machine itself is extremely quiet While it’s running. It’s a very sleek design and Looks nice in my new kitchen.

Although I have not used the washer too much, I am happy with it, because it does a good job in cleaning my clothes, I want to add that the washer is so quite I thought something was wrong with it. It certainly better than the one it replaced. Hopefully it will continue to make my clothes come out cleaner and whiter .

Had my previous Maytag for 15 years and it was getting tired. New model is quiet, efficient and of very high quality. Great service behind the product with the Geek Squad annual agreement I have.

Wasn’t sure if I would like a front loader, but this is awesome! Spin makes clothes pretty dry before removal which makes dryer time shorter. Delayed start awesome!

I like my new washer. It has many features that cover every item. The only thing I do not like is that the door cannot be mounted on either side.

Wish I could give this zero stars, this washer is an absolute headache and a waste of money. We originally purchased it bc it’s compact and stackable. We live in a small space so it’s perfect but performance wise it is a waste. We started having issues “suds” and “draining” in less than a year of owning it. We got it serviced and they replaced the filter and found a what was clogging it. Another issue is it’s loud and some loads can take up to 3.5 hrs to wash (heavy duty cycle) then we started having suds issues again, got it serviced and guy said we need to replace all 4 shocks but not worth it & it’s better to buy whole new set. We decided to keep Using it... Now, the error code F9 E1 showed up today so I attempted to check to see if something was clogged in the filter But I can’t get to it, even after opening up The back panel. The filter is facing the opposite side so I need to go from under the washer but I can’t bc the dryer is stacked on top. This whole thing has been a complete headache and nightmare. Who has time to be troubleshooting all these issues, save your hard earned money and use it on a different brand.

I like the machine but disappointed that doors couldn’t be reversed on either the washer or dryer during our delivery time, so unfortunately we will have to pay another fee to have door or doors reversed.

Washer was easy to install. Is very quiet and easy to use. Only one thing is the control panel is very sensitive. Be careful not to lean over the machine or put your hand on the display because it will change the settings. All in all a very good investment.

This is the quietest machine I have never heard!!! Love all the settings and especially the one just for towels!!! And the capacity is amazing, big once it was installed!!! I could wash all day with this washing machine! Truely the best one I have ever bought!!!

I bought this washer a couple of weeks ago . i have found it to be efficient, quiet, easy to use. I am 72 so I do like" easy to use".
