A great machine at a fair price and Best Buy was a phenomenal retailer. Other box stores attitudes are 'eh, whatever. We found the Best Buy team to be knowledgeable, friendly and made our purchases a very good experience. Thanks,Best Buy, we will be back!

I've had a top loader for years. Now that I have a side loader I wouldn't go back. Super easy to figure out and does an awesome job of cleaning the clothes. I haven't gotten to use the auto clean but looking forward to it. What use to take 3-4 loads now takes 1-2 to clean.

I love my new Maytag washer. It is quiet, has 10 different cycles with temp, spin, and soil level adjustments as well as steam. I’ve washed delicates, permanent press, cottons, towels and all have come out wonderfully!

The two men who delivered my washer and dryer, hauled away my old washer and carried my old dryer to the garage were very courteous and professional. Because of COVID they wore their mask the entire time. I was very pleased with their service.

It's very easy to operate and has the right number of options. Seems to wash just about anything. I bought a Maytag dishwasher a few years ago and really like it as well.

Every wash cycle is longer than my other whirlpool and cleans as well. Still trouble free after a year of weekly use

We bought the washer on 7/16 and had it delivered the next week. We've maybe used it 10 times as were on vacation for one of the two weeks we had it. It is already broken. Won't cut off. Won't unlock. Ran a load of delicates and it wouldn't stop running. Ran for over 3 hours and damaged one of the items being washed. Had to unplug it overnight to get it to reset and hopefully drain and unlock (which it luckily did). Happened on multiple occasions on various cycles. Had an authorized Maytag repairman come out and the washer requires a new control panel. Not sure how long it will take to get the part. Said someone would be in touch. I would not recommend buying this washer. The overall reviews were great, which is why we felt comfortable buying it. Had we not gone to the beach, we would have not missed the two week Best Buy return window. We would have definitely returned it to the store. Maytag customer service has not been helpful.

Third delivery went smoothly, first and second delivery of same item did not go well, very unprofessional squad.

We were without a washer for 5 months because Best Buy Geek Squad large appliance repair team came out once in that time and failed to repair our machine. It took 4 months for them to do this. After calling and calling and calling for months trying to get anyone to come and repair our appliance. We were then lied to by a repairman. He ordered a part and assured us he would return the next week and finish the repair. Never happened. I finally go ahold of someone that approves replacement machines. She then messaged the large appliance team Supervision and received no answer for a week. She then approved our replacement machine. We were thankful to find one person that did her job. We will never buy another item from Best Buy. I would also advise anyone else to never purchase their maintenance plans. Horrible Service with Horrible Supervisors.

Works well and has a few options I haven't had before. Not much to say really. Solid quality as I'd expected from Maytag. Looks sleek too. Washes well and haven't had any issues so far.

Easy deliver and no charge delivery !!! Can not beat no fee delivery !
