My last unit was a Maytag and I had it for 15 years. Used it until the bearing fell out. This unit makes the walls shake when the water comes on and off. It doesn’t rinse all the soap out of the dispenser leaving a hard chunk of powder remaining. The cycle overall seems lengthy at 1 hour 45 minutes. Not impressed so far.

The washer is sturdy and has limited bells and whistles. Hate all these new washers and dryers that are too complex and break too easily. This one is just simple and works, which is what I need. Forget all the other useless fancy garbage.

We replaced a 10 year old Amana front loader with this Maytag. It sure seems like the tub is bigger. Control menu offers lots of options, spend a few minutes getting to know it. The first thing that tripped us up was the countdown: you hold they "play" button down for three seconds before it actually starts weighing the clothes. Steam is great for bedclothes to make them smell a bit fresher.

Machine was installed in May 2019, worked fairly well for a while. Soon noticed the detergent tray housing quickly got moldy and needed to be cleaned constantly, but that is the least of the problem. About a month ago the machine started having electrical issues, and within a week the control panel was no longer working at all. Now after paying out 300 dollars to repair companies just to come look at the machine, we're told that we need to order a 500 dollar replacement mother board for a machine that we have used for less than three years. Very unhappy with this purchase, seems like this was not built to last at all. The model it replaced worked without issue for over 10 years. I've bought all of my appliances through best buy the past few years, this is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed.

Both the washer and dryer work very well with easy to understand cycle options. The added washing and drying options allow for the correct results and all types of clothing. The washer has a steam feature that is nice for sanitizing undergarments, socks or even shirts that get wet with perspiration. I like the height of the appliances that are just right for folding clothes.

I've always had a Maytag. This machine was delivered 2 months ago and is working like it should. I wanted one without the gadgets, internet and 50 wash cycles. That's what I got and it has plenty of choices for my uses.

I'm very happy with my new Maytag washer. It's handled all the special loads--delicate sweaters, bulky comforters, heavy rugs--as well as the ordinary laundry. I haven't tried all the features but sometime those occasions might happen.

Quiet and efficient! We are happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

This Maytag washer has greater capacity than our previous one which is great for larger loads. So far, it has been doing a great job of getting clothes clean. I do have to run the spin cycle an extra time. Maytag is the best. I will recommend this machine to my family and friends. Im a Maytag customer for a long time.

An excellent washer for the money. Installation weas quick the Geek Squad team had it up the stairs plugged in and tested in less than 30 minutes. Very quiet and efficient!

I bought the floor model of this washer. Only complaint is that the corner of the washer has a big dent although Bestbuy claimed it is a minor damage. The washer itself runs quietly. Our family has been using it over the past three weeks with no complaint.

This machine washes very well. The quick wash is fantastic. Be careful not to let the door close all the way between uses. It will make a front loader smell on the next load.

We needed a stackable washer and dryer. We like that Maytag has repair facilities nearby (Wisconsin Rapids). This washer can wash large loads like our bedspreads. I only wish the end of cycle alarm would be loader.

This washer has been wonderful so far. I love the quick wash feature that will do lightly soiled small loads in 15 minutes. There is no steam feature despite Best Buy's site. The finishing chime could be a bit louder. Even after turning it up all the way, the higher pitch chime is hard to hear over other household noises.

So far, I love this machine! Very intuitive and easy to use. Clothes come out so clean and nothing is tangled like it was in my old machine.

This washer replaced a 21 year old Maytag Neptune. So, there has been a bit of a learning curve. This machine is so quit that kept checking the first few loads that it was working.

The Maytag washer was installed as promised by Best Buy on time. It has been working great. We have the corresponding Maytag dryer on top of the washer saving a lot of room for us. So far we are getting versatility and reliability in this washer. Another feature we are happy with is how quiet the washer is. One more time Best Buy has done well for us.

We have had this washer for over a month now and have been satisfied. My Samsung washer would shift from the spin cycle after 5 years of use and my warranty had expired. Hoping this one lasts a bit longer and got an extended warranty this time. Would recommend.
