Great washer for the price. Purchased this a little over 1 month ago for $700, beating other local prices by 10%. Works great, although the cycles on this model take a little longer than other brands I've owned, that has not been an issue. Really, can't beat the performance and capacity at this price for a front loading washer!

Came super easy to install simple to use like the color

This machine replaces a 14 year old Kenmore Elite that died. I like this machine so far, but it is louder and vibrates the floor a little more than the old one. It dies really spin the clothes dry though. Had I to do it over again, I would probably go for one model higher. Did not think I needed all those other cycles the next model up has, but I do miss the ultra gentle/handwash cycle on the old machine.

First time buying a front loader. Didn't think I needed the pedestal, so the first issue was having to squat very low to get the clothes out. Doesn't seem to be a problem with the dryer as it is with the washer. Second issue is the soap dispenser holds water and mildews. I wash about 3 loads a week. If you use it every day you may not have this problem. Third, I purchased June 2022 and Oct 2024 discovered water leaking underneath the washer. Had Best Buy service come out (they are great) and found that the water dispenser was leaking and a bearing went out in the drum. Don't know how long that had been going on. My floor showed signs it had been leaking quite a while. Personally, I don't like the front loader. It was fairly quiet, seemed to wash ok. Not the best. I was hoping for better from Maytag. Won't purchase again.

When I purchased this, I was looking for reliability without all the fancy features like WiFi and steam, which I wouldn't use. For the price, size and company reputation, this fit the bill. I have a Maytag dryer it's been going strong for 15 years. I enjoy the simple control panel design. It's intuitive and simple. A normal wash runs about 50 minutes. The water temperature is adjustable no matter which wash setting you choose.

Excellent machine. Excellent install service. Very happy with process from the start to the finish.

The washer runs great, is efficient, quiet. The only thing is that you have to hold the start button until it counts down to start but that helps when there are little fingers that hit the buttons often as this prevents it from starting unless it is held!

As this is a replacement machine for one that parts couldn’t be obtained to fix, it works fine. The other machine was only 3 years old, but literally could not be repaired because of parts no longer available. Smacks of planned obsolescence to me. If you’re on your A game, you will purchase the extended warranty these days. It saved my bacon!!!

My new washer is great! Hopefully my new Maytag will last as long as my old Frigidaire (14 years!) Still a little noisy during fast spin but not as bad as my old ones :) Also the delivery person hooked up our water hose too tight. We can’t move it over closer to dryer if we wanted to :(

I had a Samsung, it only lasted 6 years. Trying Maytag to match my dryer. If I could improve 1 item. it is the selection of wash cycle features (water temp, spin, dirt) must be checked each time because the default is the highest level hot water, high spin, heavy dirt.

easy installation runs quietly digitally displays remaining time clothing is very clean. One thing to check is that the spin cycle is not turned off on the screen. It is a surprise to find the clothes very wet at the end when the spin cycle is accidentally turned off.

So for so good! It uses a lot less detergent, I've accidentally put too much in and have gotten the excessive suds error. Also uses less water and the wash cycle can be set to be shorter depending on your soil level. Pretty nice! Delivery was quick and professional.

The washing machine is great but I'm writing this review because of the awesome delivery experience I had. The Geek Squad showed up on time, were VERY friendly and quickly set up my new washer and removed my old one. They gave me a tutorial of the appliance as well. Just a fantastic experience and will definitely consider buying from Best Buy again even if the price is a little more than competition. We Wil NEVER buy anything from Lowe's ever again because of the horrific customer service we've had MANY times with delivery and installation of big ticket purchases. Thank you BB!

Love it! It fits so snugly in my laundry room and works super efficiently. It was making a knocking noise initially but when I had the service ppl come look at it, it was a part that the installers forgot to remove. All is well now.

It has not been a year since a bought this washer, and today is the second time I will have to call service because another error came up on the screen. Not to happy with this washer.
