Installed professionally by Bestbuy installers. We use it 4 times a day on the average. On weekends we wash 20 towels and 7 sets of sheets. Its flawless so far. Once you understand the touchscreen theres nothing to it. Unbalanced loads can affect the outcome. It's not a big deal but the controls don't understand the unbalanced load and the machine can keep going and going. The quick load setting is what we use the most. The clothes can feel wet to the touch but they dry in a shorter time somehow. Queen quilts are easy to do. We did 20 loads in one week and it didn't skip a beat.

We have only had a few kinks with the new machine where the cycle does not complete or the detergent or softner not empty.

We have been using the washer for few months now. it has performed quite well. Comparing this to our previous Amana washer that started to fail, would not be right. this one has more bells and whistles. it has a nice chime when it is done and a lot of standard options. it does however got stuck in a cycle couple times but a reboot usually works.

Probably the most powerful cleaning washing machine on the market. It does not have the sanitize function but does have steam and coupled with how powerful the machine is lack of a dedicated sanitization setting is more than compensated for. It does occasionally misrepresent the time taken for a load (for example, 1 minute left will be displayed for like 5 minutes) but it is because the machine is trying to get rid of the last few suds. It always fixes itself though, so not a deal-breaker.

My washer and dryer started leaking during virus lockdown. Mike at BB patiently went through all the washers immediately available and located a floor model for me at a great price, advising me of pick up discounts. Within an hour I was there and they promptly loaded it carefully in my van (a tight fit!) The units work great and I am a very happy customer!

the spin at the end is so thorough laundry almost feels dry, less dryer time. Figuring out the wash selections - some are quiet a length of time. I recommend this front loader with a front load dryer.

Very happy with this purchase. Bought the stacking kit for the dryer to be on top as we needed the space, hope to someday un-stack it, as its loud when washer is in spin mode, as the whole unit shakes pretty bad ha, but knew it wouldn't be the quietest. Don't regret the buying decision on washer and dryer.

Great looking and hard working, a hard combo to beat!

Old washer coding out. Repair service (not Best Buy, but someone contracted with them) came out 3 times and still the washer was not fixed. Was given the option to cash in on my 5-year protection plan and get a new washer. So I did! Love it!

Have been using washer one month. Cleans clothing well. Also, removed stains from rags almost completely that previously had been washed in agitator washer. Satisfied with overall performance.

I'm submitting this review about 9 months in. I like the look, works as expected. It's a little louder tgan my Samsung. It takes a little getting used to the countdown for it to start a cycle. It senses the heat from your finger rather than the pressure of it.

I am enjoying my new Maytag washer. Easy to use and very quiet. I have always purchased Maytag for my washer/dryer and find that they last a long time and never give any problems. Hoping this one does the same. so far so good!!

We've had this machine for about 3 weeks. It gets a workout, doing 1-2 loads a day. So far so good. We're hoping this machine lasts as long as our last Maytag washer...18 years! Time will tell.

I love this washer. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because you have to hold the start button to the count if 3 before it turns on. I’m sure for those of you with kids that it’s a great feature. But I don’t like it. Good machine for the price and lots of options.

This washer / dryer stacking set is the answer with regards to space savings and capacity. I like the fact that Maytag / Whirlpool is made in USA and that's why I bought this vs Samsung or LG which I was told were also excellent units.

Lives up to the Maytag reputation for quality, I would recommend this product to anyone

Delivery guys were amazing. We already had plans for that morning. So crew came in time and set it up for 30 min and left. We had this item for about 6 month no issues so far.

This washer does get your clothes clean. It has about a 1:30-hour run time but the clothes are cleaner than the Samsung it replaced.
