Lives up to the Maytag reputation for quality, I would recommend this product to anyone

This washer / dryer stacking set is the answer with regards to space savings and capacity. I like the fact that Maytag / Whirlpool is made in USA and that's why I bought this vs Samsung or LG which I was told were also excellent units.

After years of our old name brand washer only "cleaning" a large decorative pillow set to an off white color and finally seeing them emerge from this washer bright white proved to me that this Maytag is superior in cleaning. I am more than satisfied with this purchase!!

So energy efficient and being on a well, that’s important. So quiet and smooth when spinning full speed. Cleans perfectly. The only thing I wish it had was a reversible front door like I had on my Maytag Neptune pair. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4.

Everything was ok except there was not enough user documentation and explanation of how to use the washer and the explanation of the different options. Why is there not a Maytag website that one can get free user manuals You have to buy the manuals Otherwise the purchase was great

Love this dryer! We had a Samsung we spent much more on & it was garbage. This washer dryer is high quality

love the new matag, except it takes an exceptionally long time to wash, on any cycle. some cycles go as long as 2 hours, in my book nothing needs to wash that long.the buttons are easy to use and its a nice washer other than that

Wife loves it! It is very quiet . The clothes come out fairly dry which reduces the drying time. The only thing about it is it is tough to see if it is running or not with the heavily tinted door. Replaced a 9 year old LG. The rear drum support had corroded to the point it failed and destroyed the machine. Wont buy one of those again. And purchased from Best Buy because they where the only ones that had it available. Went on sale a week after and got a credit for the sale price.

This Maytag Washer is AWESOME! The quality of this combined with the features, makes this a must for anyone looking to purchase a new Washer.

Excellent Maytag washer. Replaced a set of Maytag Neptune washer and dryer that were very reliable but had just aged out. This set have been as reliable as the previous set.

My last unit was a Maytag and I had it for 15 years. Used it until the bearing fell out. This unit makes the walls shake when the water comes on and off. It doesn’t rinse all the soap out of the dispenser leaving a hard chunk of powder remaining. The cycle overall seems lengthy at 1 hour 45 minutes. Not impressed so far.

Love our washing machine. Continues to work well after 1 year of ownership. Touch panel controls are very sensitive, however. It is easy to accidentally “brush” the controls and change settings, including accidentally turning off the machine while it is running.

Brought this since my old Maytag epic Z , gave out. Didn't want to by a new machine but had to. This machine is large and quiet, has even a 15 min quick wash. Was gonna go with a kenmore but warned to be able to stack this machine with my old epic Z dryer. Found out the kenmore were actually LG and wouldn't want a LG or Samsung appliance. This machine can stack with epic Z dryer, you just have to order the latest stacking kits, because the older ones is too short. I.only wish I brought the extended warranty for 5 years

It's a great washer if you want a steam option, but dont want to spend a fortune. So far, so good. No problems. Runs smoothly. Very quiet. It has a built in water heater and automatic temprature control. It does take a while (2.5-3 hrs.) to complete a heavy duty cycle with hot water plus steam, plus double rinse. But it's worth it, especially if you have allergies or small children. Fast wash cycle takes only 15 min.

I'm a little disappointed in the washing times. My old Maytag had a better selection

Machine was installed in May 2019, worked fairly well for a while. Soon noticed the detergent tray housing quickly got moldy and needed to be cleaned constantly, but that is the least of the problem. About a month ago the machine started having electrical issues, and within a week the control panel was no longer working at all. Now after paying out 300 dollars to repair companies just to come look at the machine, we're told that we need to order a 500 dollar replacement mother board for a machine that we have used for less than three years. Very unhappy with this purchase, seems like this was not built to last at all. The model it replaced worked without issue for over 10 years. I've bought all of my appliances through best buy the past few years, this is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed.

The washer is sturdy and has limited bells and whistles. Hate all these new washers and dryers that are too complex and break too easily. This one is just simple and works, which is what I need. Forget all the other useless fancy garbage.

Nice front load washer. Only problem is it sounds and shakes like a freight train when its in the spin cycle. Washes well. Looks nice.

We replaced a 10 year old Amana front loader with this Maytag. It sure seems like the tub is bigger. Control menu offers lots of options, spend a few minutes getting to know it. The first thing that tripped us up was the countdown: you hold they "play" button down for three seconds before it actually starts weighing the clothes. Steam is great for bedclothes to make them smell a bit fresher.

Very nice-looking black washer and dryer for your apartment. Size is excellent for my needs. The washer/dryer set fitted perfectly into the space I had designated for it. Very happy with my purchase in October 2023.
