It's very efficient and I like the fact it has a sensor that determines the bulk of the contents then automatically fills the water to the detected volume of the contents. I've been skeptical about purchasing computerized appliances, but now, I'm sold on the idea and would purchase other computeruzed appliances in the future, particularly a matching dryer when the time comes.

I don’t like it at all. It’s very noisy. No detergent dispenser. The softener has to be diluted with water. It shakes a lot when spinning. The cycles seem to take longer than my old washer. On the plus side, the clothes appear clean.
